A lot of businesses don't have a good IT staff, or their staff has nothing to do with purchasing decisions. They may say they need a Gigabit router, however when it goes to purchasing they will see the $1000.00 Cisco and the $150.00 LinkSys both a gigabit router. Thus they will make the decision. Not having LinkSys by Cisco is probably a good thing, because it will be easier to say the $1000.00 is actually a lot better than our competitor. Hospitals are funded for the most part privately outside of direct taxes, with the exception of Medicare and Medicaid, and Random Grants and often Bad Dept protection.

The real question is the effectiveness of the services performed and the amount that you pay for it.
Is the amount we put into welfare good in keeping people off the streets and giving them a helping hand to get past some hard times in life, or is it a disincentive for them to change life, because they are getting everything they need without having to work for it? Why isn't there more balanced study and working to try to get the correct balanced where every dollar in taxes that go to welfare will go to more good and less leaching.

I can say the same with schools, I see schools that go over multi-million dollar renovations however those don't actually help the students it just make the place look nicer, spending money on computers just to teach the kids how to use office. That is the problem and why a lot of people don't want to pay taxes, it is because their large portion of their income is not going towards optimal or near optimal usage.

Most new design is less about pixel location from top left but from the different spots. For the most part information is left aligned, right aligned, or centered. Data elements with more data than most screens can hold are often width at a percentage of the screen, and some mechanism of scrolling is available.

We will still get very cold days/seasons and very hot days/seasons but the overall average will be higher. (A few more hot days then cold ones)

The real problem is the people who disagree with global warming, and see the mounting evidence against them, assume that there is some conspiracy, as them making up fake information to push some deeper agenda. Unfortunately my father is one of them and he gave me this long lecture about the evil UN Socialist Agenda 21. So I wasn't too keen on it so I looked it up. Heck we have a lot of things that would be excessively expensive back in the day. Our $200 cellphones would have cost millions of dollars for the same power. And they were paying a hefty price for the normal phones which we would be able to get for under $10.00.
