    Blizzard is dead. THey sold out for NO REASON. They had no real incentive to merge with another company except for pure straight greed. Not increasing profits, not securing the future of the company, but straight up greed.

    THe problem is, Blizzard designed the game to exploit those holes for their benefit, not cover them. Its a shameless cash grab, not an expression of art or good design. Dipping their toe into the river of grey money tainted them as a whole.

    Hardware is so cheap now, Blizz could roll their own hardware and be fine. Valve has publicly said that they will roll their own hardware if it becomes necessary.

    And I'm of the opinion that song is perfect example of why we need ubiquity clauses in copyright, a bit similar to trademarks. Happy birthday ubiquity is so high it's effectively a cultural artifact and society should be able revoke copyright on that basis.

    Its a illogical compromise. It was clearly engineered by powerful entities on the premise that there is an entitlement to profit in music. IN a just world, its completely immoral and theft. Two wrongs dont make a right.

    Blank media tax is not brilliant. It presumes a crime/civil infringement will absolutely occur. Should I have to pay copyright tax for taping my kids birthday? Its an evil foisted upon you by those that wish to farm your income.

    Its called trust. thats not bias, or undeserved. This is a HUGE GIANT trust issue. I can no longer trust them to operate solely as an equipment manufacturer, they are now also an information broker, of MY information, without compensation or consent.

    Hmm good point. I forgot about the enhanced mic, which i know for sure is better then average because Siri over my car's bluetooth cant understand a damn thing i say. No need to be an asshole about it.

    Why in the fuck is the Q so expensive? No way that thing will sell against Roku, AppleTV, the consoles (this gen and next) etc.

    Yeah especially when its completely artificial. I put iOS 6 on my ipad 2, sorry no Siri for you even though its almost the same exact hardware as the 4S.
