No, increased resolution doesn't count. Neither does new music, especially when it's worse than the old one. Change the puzzles, enhance the mechanics, twist the story. DO something, *anything* with it. Don't just redress the same old thing.
If you think these crappy games from the 80s are perfect and magic, even their authors would laugh at you, I'm sure. they're commercial, done with a deadline and for shitty hardware. To remake them without substantially changing them is foolishness IMHO. It's kinda icky actually.
