The first campus sexual assault case after this plan is implemented will show the true colors of this University in particular and California in general (though after Apple easily ordered jackboots to kick in the door of a journalists' home, I'm not holding my breath).
The funniest part is people assuming this will end up being a cure. Big Pharma has no interest in cures, just mildly effective maintenance drugs one has to keep purchasing in perpetuity.
California is in nearly as bad an economic shape as Greece; they may not have enough money even to do book reviews. That leaves the US Department of Education, but I bet they won't touch the issue as it would be a perfect gift-wrapped present to Republicans throughout their spectrum ("Commie Muslims taking away local control of our schools!!!").
This also explains how the odd occasional Democrat is elected Governor in Kansas; the Republicans frequently split their votes between their far-right and their omfg-beyond-the-curvature-of-the-earth extreme right wings.
I've always thought about: Walk-in MRI clinics. Show up with say, $100 and we'll throw you in a machine and give you a DVD of the ONLY copies of the images - after you sign a waver absolving us of all responsibilities about what the images mean, leaving the analysis to you and your doctor(s).
Of course I suspect all doctors would refuse to even look at the images, let alone analyise them, as they didn't get their beak wet from the clinic profits or insurance overcharges. Plus the AMA would probably muscle all the Federal and state regulators to shut down the idea before it got started. All in the interest of the patient, of course./sarcasm
A report out today of another Foxconn worker committing suicide, following on one earlier in the week: http://www.manufacturing.net/article.aspx?id=256282 Maybe this one actually was swiped instead of just lost like the first. Another 'overzealous' Foxconn investigation perhaps?
the spy plane monitoring cell phone calls that just one station reported on, which then withdrew the story and later denied the story had ever existed.
to all religions, sexual freedom means the total loss of controlling and subjigating women. Name me one major religion that does not have misogyny as a core principal.

Something far, far worse: a sequel to Cloverfield.
Watch your back; Disney has had people killed for less threatening ideas.
the MILF syndicate got to Google.
When a disk that big crashes, it will probably set off nearby car alarms.

They unwisely got rid of all the telephone sterilizer technicians.
Larry Ellison is the biggest jerk in the tech sector! By contrast, he makes the rest of that sociopathic coven appear almost human.
If I were King of the World, I would ban the practice of any retail pricing ending in '.99'. Round up, you mothers, or up against the wall.
