Currently there is an Opera build http://my.opera.com/timjoh/blog/2007/11/13/taking-the-canvas-to-another-dimension for Windows and Mozilla has an extension https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/7171 Google should better invest more on that Mozilla Canvas3D extension.
