If I remember correctly German around the WWII aria citizens were not allowed to own guns. If they were allowed to own guns the German Government would have had a harder time making Germany a dictatorship. So, in my opinion the reason the U.S. citizens has guns is to protect ourselves against government. It is the reason the founding fathers put the ability to bare arms in the constitution. To protect ourselves from a Monarchy type government.
Really have a dramatic effect on the PSP sales? Sure, it will spike for a while but, will it have a long term effect? Personally I see not enough good software to make it worth my money. Even if it is $40 less.
Yes. I know its not that much closer to mars. It was a bit of a joke and from the looks of it a fairly bad one. But, I still think it would be easier to launch from the moon because of the lower amount of gravity would reduce the fuel consumption.
New comers often have a difficult time. Especially in the gaming world. One of the reasons that the N-Gage was a flop is that Nintendo has an iron grip on the hand-held gaming market.
Help with some of Sony's problems selling the console. The ability to play your old games from the older systems in my opinion is one of the reasons to upgrade. Who would want to play a brand new console that forces you to plug in you old console in order to play your old games?

Gamers will not care if there are in games ads as long as they are not forced to watch the ads.
I must agree fewer people have a problem with WWII games because it is a war. Rather then a massacre of unarmed students.
