    You do realize that Darwinian Evolution is just theory right? Same with Intelligent Design.

    Since they're both only theories I don't see the problem if they coexist in mainstream science. I'm a creationist, btw.

    The South used to do this to keep African Americans from voting before the Civil Rights movement - they would have literacy tests and fees.
    AFAIK testing people to determine whether or not they can vote is now illegal, and should stay that way.

    Nothing is wrong with protesting an event. The problem comes in where protesters make a disruption at the event (usually during the middle of a speech). This seems to be an effort to stop that kind of activity.

    I'll take the bait. It's not about being against stem cell research. It's how the stem cells are harvested. Bush and Co. are against harvesting stem cells from human embryos because that would, in effect, kill the human being formed from those cells. There are other ways to get stem cells that are supported by Bush.

    Corporations still use tape drives to this day to backup/archive all sorts of data. So yes, a movie on a cassette tape would be valid data.

    idk about PC Mag but usually magazines like to keep the advertising and editorial/writing departments independent of each other to avoid biased reviews.
