Also, updating their drivers is risky business. I've ended up in situations a couple of times where I basically had to reinstall windows to get things working right.
The Cell merely gives devs more options for squeezing out better graphics than the RSX can do on its own, since that's the only real way to even use all of the Cell's SPE's. This isn't something to be impressed by either. Both consoles are definitely completely GPU bound. 3 CPU cores is plenty for a console. Had Sony gone with a more standard 2-3 core CPU, they could have spent more resources on a better GPU which would have had a much larger impact on the PS3's graphical abilities.

"observation" isnt talking about humans literally observing quantum particles, its talking about them interacting with things allowing us to infer exact information about them. a quantum particle is going to colapse if it interacts with anything at all, not just a humans eyeball.

the order for the photons passing through the slit screens and detectors would be like this :
1. entangled photon of Beam A passes through A slits and collapses or doesnt colapse based on whether the device measuring a slit in screen A is enabled or disabled 2. corresponding entangled photon of Beam B passes through B screen a small time later based on positioning and either interferes with itself or does not based on whether or not photon A was ever measured while passing through screen, 3. Detector B is positioned so that photon B is the first one actually measured at the detector and over a period of time either reveals an interference pattern or no interference pattern based on whether or not Beam A was observed passing through the A screen.

My basic question is: why would a God who created everything KNOWING its everythings outcome in COMPLETE detail need to judge anyone? This may sound like questioning what we couldn't possibly understand about how an all powerful God works. However wouldn't the actual foretelling of someones future to their face more or less make how God perceives time to be irrelevant? It ultimately means that however he DOES perceive time it amounts to a LINEAR frame of view as far as we are concerned. If he could tell peter his future, wouldn't he not be able to tell everyone their future?
Lets say a man has gun that shoots magic bullets that the man makes himself. These bullets fly out of the gun and then hit whatever target they want with no influence from the shooter. Another property of these bullets however is that the shooter still knows what the bullets will hit. Would that give the shooter the right to judge the bullet for the consequences when the shooter is the one who fired the gun knowing who/what would get shot? Notice I'm not contradicting free will, just the fact that Gods foreknowledge of that free will makes having it irrelevant thus making the bible pointless. if the RIAA didnt force absolute fucking garbage down our throats through the likes of networks like Clear Channel, they might have better CD sales. In the last few years it seems to me like the RIAA is trying to make the absolute worst fucking music it could possibly ever make just because they know 16 year old girls will buy anything they think is supposed to be popular.
the bottom line is that they arent selling the CD's they used to sell because popular modern music from every single genre is studio manufactured dogshit with no originality or artistic merit whatsoever, and as stupid and lame and tasteless as the average person might be they all arent THAT stupid.
