I remember reading on VMware's site that they do this if you have the vmware tools installed.
As for the pool, The only real way I know how is to run multiple machines with a load balancer.
I have an old HP TC1100 with a detachable keyboard that I installed windows 7 on. I know its not a full blown laptop and I don't try to use it as one. For me, it's nice to have the keyboard attached and use it as a netbook for surfing the web or other general tasks. Then I can also detach the keyboard and use the tablet as a slate. I use it for white boarding new ideas, taking notes and drawing. I also have a full blown laptop for programming or other tasks that require a bigger screen and keyboard. It's just nice to have what's essentially a netbook that I can also scribble on with a pen when I want to.
I want to go see the datacenter at godaddy if they can get all those girls to wear bikini's to the server room.
mmm, room full of oily, scantly clad girls, That's where I want to work.
Wasn't IE 6 pronounced dead and services held for it? Why are we still reporting bugs on it?
IE7 on the other hand, it needs to be fixed or even better, killed completely
Replace IE with open source browser - check
Replace other tools with open source

I would absolutely love to run Firefox on all our pc's at work. The only problem is those few IE only website that wont work in ieTabs. One good example is Altiris Help Desk. The plugin they use to draw a grid view will not work in ieTab. I do know that there has been a bug report files with the developers of ieTab.
Including use. We have never had any trouble with our Equallogic SANs. Currently we own 5 of them, with the total space averaging around 30TB. We also used to use Dell server, but have been migrating everything to HP. About half of our Dell servers reboot randomly every day or two. We have talked to tech support and found out that the motherboards are going out on 2 year old boxes. Still trying to get several replaced. We need better reliability for critical boxes.
Heres to hoping that Dell doesn't bring the quality of the Equallogic SANs way down.
The reason that AVG will not install on Windows Server is that AVG sells a server version. They want to make sure that business's that use AVG will have to buy the software.
Any one noticed one big problem in this post. All of Microsoft's email is stored in pst files? Wouldn't they be using a email system like Microsoft Exchange that stores all emails on the server? It does not make sense from a company standpoint to download all email to your desktop at work and not have it available anywhere.

Mathematically, "bps" looks like b times p times s, which is not intended.
And wouldn't b/s look like b divided by s?
The new MacBook Pro's have the battery sealed inside.
Why does Black Mesa vs Aperture Science come to mind?
I, for one, welcome our new Combine overlords
Easy, the tractors are basically free but to get fuel to farm more than half a screen costs farmville cash and that costs real money.
But there is no arrange by penis

If you are doing the job properly you are simply unclogging the tubes
Wouldn't this make an IT guy more like a plumber than a janitor? Now we just need IT guys called Mario and Luigi

As Elmer Fudd would say "Its wabbit season"
"We're all dust in the wind"
