    Hmm... my machine takes more time to hibernate/resume that shutdown/boot. I hibernate only if I want to save the state.

    If it is pre-processed to produce C++ code, Java code, etc... it should be possible to do in XML also without affecting size and speed. It is time to come-up with an "xml to protocol buffers" (de)converter.

    Will any proprietary business be ready to accept that their product had a bug for the past 3 decades which was identified only now? Does this mean the community is not very active? But somehow this do not seem to bring negative impact in the minds of people as most of the open source consumers know that this means that even the old code is continuously tuned and open source guys have realistic sensible expectations.

    if you are looking for a software, use suse linux and apparmor to run firefox in a sandbox! if you are looking for a hardware, just use a pc for browsing alone and do not use it for anything else! Use linux and create a user for browsing alone and when done you can delete the user's dir as well :-)
