Wil is probably too busy at an Anti-War Protest> "I believe that Mr. Bush's justifications for it are based on lies... has lied to the American people, and to the world. " Wil Wheaton
The Bord where cool for two seasons in ST:TNG after HUE it was down kill including the LORE+Borg plot lines. Why use them again in Voyager? AND why on earth use them again in Enterprise? Hire some new writers!
When talking about why ST: Nemesis was a failure Rich Berman (basically the head of all things Star Trek) said that opening between Harry Potter 2 and The Two Towers was tough on the film (70 Million to make only took in 43 Million in the US). I'd say to Rick, paying to watch such a bad movie was tough on the audience. The reason Nemeses failed was that it was BAD, both the story and directing.
I DO like Enterprise but after reading the article to find out that the Borg are going to be in an upcoming episode. I feel sick.
Paramont please fire Berman and replace him with someone who does not rehash old ideas and thinks they are exiting story lines. It took are huge letter campaign to get ST from Paramount/Gulf-Western/Desi-Lu's closet to the Big Screen. Anyone want to write to "Impeach Berman" ?
What's next have a new young helm officer named James T. Kirk?...oh no that's in the interview too!!!
What about GPRS? Is that part of the GSM Chipset? Also this article talks about Bluetooth and 802.11b "just don't like each other" I use both right on top of each other and have never had any trouble. Is the 2.4Ghz interference real or a myth?
I have wondered about this. Reading articles about people having a stroke because they sat in coach for 6 hours, realizing I've been sitting at my desk that long, my hypochondria grows. The real problem is the chair. My HM Aeron is so comfortable I don't even notice long stretches. Maybe uncomfortable chairs would solve thins.
Nowadays if this happened I'd have a solid case against Herman Miller (a joke, they are the best)
Sure eveyone will be worried about sniffing traffic but good crypto might take care of that. What normal people are really going to care about is battery use. This is going to drain the devices battery. Will people simply opt out of the network by leaving their device off till they need it so the standby time is not cut down?
The HP is DVD+R, which Im happy with. The Sony is DVD-r and DVD+r. Other than that it does not due much of anything that the HP can't due. If you need a firewire burner the 200e has worked great for me.
Supporting both is just going to delay the inevitable unifying standard. I bought a HP DVD 200e, just because it is external and lets me use firewire. I can't fit a 5 ¼ bay in my notebook so I had to pass on the less expensive IDE drives. When I bought the 200e I had no idea what + or - was. I leaped before investigating. Sony is just creating another piece of hardware that will be the novelty of proprietary standards.
I bought an HP... long live +R.
A good site that outlines the differences is vcdhelp.com
Mononoke did you see this: http://forums.fark.com/cgi/fark/comments.pl?IDLink =472569
I'd like to see the MPAA or RIAA's view on this;-)

Thats fine. Nor did I Clinton but he was still my President.
A title that should be used out of respect. I wouldn't call any President I didn't like Mr. It's an insult and Wil knows it.

That's Mr. President Bush, Wily.
Maybe and it would be OK to hint that but I dont want to hear "We are the Borg. Lower your..." We've had enough of them.

What if Microsoft went Open Source?... Pigs shall fly and people will ski in Hell
You can find two complete works at www.intothematrix.com
They are The Second Renaissance Part 1 and Program (Both QuickTime)
You can also see Final Flight of The Osiris at the theaters with Dreamcatcher or with your favorite P2P software.
You will have Cell Phone Number Portability once the FCC makes them. I think it next comes under review this fall.
411 is just people running database searches once companies have the databases the cat is out of the bag
The only number telemarketers can't call me at. The article says telemarketers will be banned, but they are one industry I don't trust.

It's my MS Optical mouse. Sometimes I think it controls me, rather than I it.
I'd rather read what a ex-genreal or navy seal says about the war then my fellow nerds.
Taco:We'll continue to update as new information warrants. Please don't!
Personally I don't have any intrest in seeing war coverage on /. I don't go to CNN.COM for computer news and I don't come here for war news.

It won't work! Of the 50,000 AP's you just need to find the one called tsunami.

I've re-encoded it with DivX and halfed the screen size. It's just under 7 MB and mirrored it here

They have a poll for a new ad with John Walker on their home page. It seems OSDN wont run it.
