$18-40 billion PROFIT in 2007 while still raising prices through summer '08 seems like excessive profits to me when their greed is damaging the economy by making any sort of travel prohibitively expensive..come on now.
rising oil prices are only giving oil companies more money, they dont have to raise prices to keep up profits, only to increase profits at the expense of everyone else. it is an artificial price increase brought apon the american people - basically, they can raise prices as much as they want and people have to pay it because they need it - to heat their homes, drive their cars, to deliver goods by truck (the main method here in the us). sounds almost like extortion to me.
1) people are dumb.
2) the iphone is a "smartphone for dummies".
3) nobody has heard of the damn thing. i havent seen it on tv, so to most people it doesnt exist.
they formed lines to get iphones because they were well aware of what it was and that it would be available on a certain day. google, for all their wealth just cannot advertise android like apple can the iphone.
are. you. fucking. serious.
if thoughts were equal to actions - you sir, should be shot for treason.
guilty until proven innocent? 300,000,000 americans having to prove their innocense, and countless non-citizens traveling to/through?
wtf makes you think that would be CHEAPER? or take less TIME?
hell it would probably start a second civil war.
riots in the streets?
fool me once shame on me, fool me twice - shame on the mofo that got in the way of my bullet.
honestly if this were to happen again it would be one big step towards a revolution.
i see it like this:
an election deciding who the current cabinet/regime will be replaced by takes place.
a popular democrat is declared winner.
peculiar happenings happen. recounts occur.
oops, it was the republican!
last time people were just miffed, -if- this happens for two power changes in a row in favor of the same party, toss in the madness from electronic vote tampering.. i think its safe to say it will be a bigger deal this time around.
outlook sucks, but notes 8 is the defenition of bloatware. and don't get me started on the UI, you need a damn decoder ring. the most un-intuitive interface ive seen in awhile.

there...fixed that for you..
..from late 2006/early 2007? sprint had, for two months in a row, charged me double on every item on my bill, and even billed me per-kb for data usage while at the same time charging me the unlimited usage fee i had agreed to(the bills were well over $300 for a month of service - you see, i was also being charged per minute even though i had a 1000 minute/mo plan). after two months and many hours on the phone arguing that this was their mistake and i should not have to pay them these outrageous fees, i simply stopped paying the bill. next thing i know, they're after me for the remainder of the 2-year contract (!!!) plus early termination fees. which i promptly ignored. havent heard from the collection agency lately...but i will never give sprint a dime and neither will any of my friends/family.
getting OT here, but..
not all firearms are purchased from storefronts, many are bought/sold by individuals.
and not all firearms are purchased at all...many AK's, for example, here in the US are built at home with a press and a blowtorch, using deactivated parts kits and do not need paperwork of any sort - or even a serial number - to be legal.
so now a collection of 1's and 0's with a filename ending with.mp3 will be searched for as if it were a kilo of coke? this makes me happy to be a gun owner... when the sh1t goes down, you better be ready..
the logitech trackman FX is one of the better optical trackballs i have used. it is controlled with the thumb, but also the index finger - which allows for great precision.
Chambraigne! (its shampoo for your brain!)

as anyone with a saltwater fishtank can tell you, that looks like nothing more than an 8-limbed brittle or serpent star, presumably without a mouth.
you..wow. you think obama will end america? put the whiskey down, get off the tractor, and read a book.
a six pack, at least here in the states, is 6x12oz=72oz, or more beer than a 40 ;)
like i always say, public defenders and prosecuting attourneys dont exist anymore. they are the persecuting attourney and public pretender.
