As I do agree with both of the responses the interesting part is that is how the law is written. It works just like the IT policies at work. You are not allowed to use work IT for personal.. Everyone uses it from time to time for personal. They only pull out the policy when the want to fire someone and do not have just cause. Even I think its a stupidly written law, but it is one. And yes as stated in the law you do need permission to access any computer or network. So when you use the internet and the FBI shows up yes they can use this law against you.

I understand that this might not be a suitable suggestion for some organizations but many spam filter apps / appliances, will let an email (send regular schedule or as it comes in) to the users saying these emails were caught in the spam filter. would you like to release or delete.
This would let you limit the time you spend on these emails and enable the user to access the spam filter only for themselves and allow the correct emails.
If they have a good cell region you might want to look at verizon or sprint network cards.
They also have wireless routers that accept these cards as their gateway connections. Install wireless router (if needed) add sprint card and bam you have a small wireless network that can support up to 5 people for basic web / email internet.
I agree this will annoy the Universities more, the problem is that they are doing this for the legislation. "see senator we had to send 500,000 letters and the schools still won't do anything. Can't you stop school funding unless they police this for us?"

The issue that alot of people seem to over look is that the claims are not against the vaccines themselves. The claims are against the mercury that holds them together that is the issue. No one is saying do not give anyone vaccines. They are saying I have this concern can I get my kids vaccines that are not all combined. The drug manufactures are saying nope.. you have to have it this way, even though there might be a chance that in some cases it can bring out disabilities.. The question then becomes if you are willing to pay the higher price for individual vaccines why are they not available.
to you the war was unnecessary. to some it was and is important.

I disagree with this. Look at the land line phone companies. I can get the local provider and have it for 3 months and decide to change it to my local "cable" provider and not have an early cancellation fee. If you have done this then you notice that as soon as someone comes out with a better cheaper deal you switch. Or your provider comes out with a competitive service.. No extra costs are sent to the individuals because of incurred costs. This is something every provider states but in area's where there is competition the prices drop and the services go up.
An example of this is I used to have Road Runner cable service. Everest came into the area and magically our roadrunner service price was dropped by half while they still offered more bundled and better service. I still went with everest because they not only offered internet but cable tv as well as phone service for a lower price. When there was only Roadrunner or if I had to pay 300$ to get out of a contract with roadrunner they have no incentive to increase my service.
The biggest problem I see with your statement is that there is a double standard that goes both ways.
Where woman can be 24/7 it and 24/7 parents, most men are considered by there employer ( wither wrong or right) that the men are the bread winners. If you will look at your mom's job she was given the ability to spend time with you. When I was growing up my mother was there for all my soccer games, school, picking me up, swim team. My father??? he was at work. He was not allowed to have as much time off for those things. The same applies today. I see it with myself all the time.. You don't have kids? well then you get to work holidays, after hours, on call, etc. You have kids and are male? do you have a wife? if so then you will be on call, will work some of the holidays, etc, cause at least someone is home with the kids. I agree that direct discrimination is wrong, IE sexual harassment (do this if you want a raise or keep your job) But the rest is par for the course. Opps I looked at your butt.. get over it.. Opps I looked at your chest (not stared or made direct comments to you but looked) get over it. I have had women tell me directly at the work place, "your butt looks good in those pants" If I wasn't in to her do I flip out or go home upset? no I roll with it say thanks and move on. I don't sit there and lament how unfair it all is. I agree that anyone should be able to go through life and not get pressure that is directly sexual harassment. But being human and having basic attractions to the opposite sex some small gestures or comments might come up. Try saying Hay that boob joke really made me uncomfortable. I will make sure never to tell you an off color joke again. But understand that I will not always invite you to an outing or group because there might be off color jokes and I don't want to offend you. Same as if it was a guy who says Hay I don't like those kinds of joke. He will not be invited to some of the group activities... Its not just a female thing.. if you don't joke or do the things the group does you will not be included in the group for a lot of things.
