A poll of 3,000 people is hardly statistically relevant

However, most polls/studies are like that. Studies of gaming and violence typically only have a few hundred people taking part, yet are quoted by politicians and /.ers alike.
The best example I can recall recently was in MX, saying there was a 1 in 214 chance of killing someone if you binged on ice.
How many people did they have in this study? 214. One might call that a statistical anomaly...

Well, I played James Bond Nightfire on PS2, then on PC...the PC version was much easier to play, and the sniping etc was much more precise. I guess it was just a shame that the PC port really sucked :)

You know, I'd be happy if there was a bit less focus on the content and a bit more on the bad grammar and repetition a lot of the pop culture articles have.

    1) Not all experts have an EDU address
Excellent point. Similarly, they expire when you leave university/college. I had an edu.au email address when I was at university - because I can't use it now doesn't mean that I (or any other former student) don't have the knowledge to address a topic. We learnt something at uni besides advanced drinking : )

I don't think that matters. So long as cases have settled in their favour, they can probably let it be known to judges that they've come out ahead in the past, your honour, so the precedent says the dirty pirates must get their comeuppance.

It's possible to walk into practically anywhere that sells games in Australia and pick up a Wii. Remotes and nunchucks are in fair supply as well....

Either it's not selling here as well as they'd like, or have for some reason distributed more than the market needs.
