Please explain your understanding of the difference between ethics and morals. I am not sure I understand what you mean from what you have written.

Also you seem the be a fan of Moral Relativism. Are you asserting that there are no universal truths?

Seems that "bright flashing light" is not the only thing that makes the real version effective. I could be wrong.... but I think most people have experienced being in a fun house / haunted house where there is a strobe room. It can be disorienting. No imagine the strobe room where the light source was originating from multiple locations.
I'm on windows using a limited non-admin account, and have a Linux box (not using root)... and I am using the internet browsers on the machines... which happen to be executables! (Along with a number of other programs which normal users can run.) Running executables is not the issue.
We use a Bentley product called ProjectWise. It is a document management system with file attribution among other things. It is primary useful for Bentley's line of products, but we have used it as an archival system as well as a working documents that are non-Bentley specific. No... I do not work for Bentley, but my job heavily uses their products.
I guess I don't get it... You click on a link for a picture, and it sends a request for a picture? Is this like me posting a link to picture here on/. that resides on a "victims" server?
How about a php script that sits on the server accessed thorough SSL. Server Script is an upload script that accepts local files that you have encrypted, and a key. Local script can encrypt your files based on a key.
One problem (of probably many more)... the encryption might secure.
Another problem... I am assuming you can use PHP and SSL.
I got one (Wii Fit) gifted to me a few weeks back. I used to be a weight lifter, so the exercises don't really compare in that respect. The Wii Fit does manage to get your heart rate up, helps with balance, and helps a bit with flexibility.
The Church has always lost members left and right. What particular issues do you see the Church messing up?
Quite agreed that the heinous actions of those priests are not tolerable. But lets clear up some facts... The ratio of priests who have been accused (some guilty / some not) to the total number of priests... is actually less 0.01% Not that it makes those actions any more right... but the number does mirror the ratio found in various other institutions. Benedict was not even pope when the Majority of these allegations took place. What did you have in mind that he could do different to help the victims?
I am sure at some point in your life you were a practicing Catholic... but it seems that you have a bit of confusion on what it means to be one now. You might look into what he says "every month" as opposed to getting facts from headlines.
Nah... Catholics dont worship relics. My point that you seemed to have missed was... Copernicus was never condemned. This article is a non-story.
You do know that Copernicus was a Catholic priest also right?
Um... since when was Copernicus condemned?

Also something to note... Copernicus was a Catholic Priest.
I too had this on my Nokia n810 last spring or early summer. Is this somehow different?

Pro-tip: You don't get to make ironic posts if you plan to point out that your post was ironic.

What is the rise and fall time (on/off)of a typical LED?

At mention of niobium... I am very curious what you do for work. Not asking you to prove anything to me... just very curious.

Umm... you don't need to spend $50 on a decent UHF antenna... nor do you need a building mounted antenna.
Anyone know of a Homebrew method for using Flashplayer 9+ on the wii. I too am looking to watch Hulu through the wii.
