If supporting this bill would cause someone to not get re-elected then how do you explain all the Senators and Reps still in office after repeatedly supporting the reauthorization of this horrendous Section previously? Name a single person in Congress that was voted out specifically for supporting Section 702. I won’t hold my breath, though.
