just to correct you, the so called "Athalons", don't currently run in a dual configuration, and we'll be lucky if we see a dual Athlon board by years end. (which was going to be my next system, but now it might be dual p3s)
yes Seagate has a big campus here, like 6 buildings or so, but its actually headquartered in California. 3M on the other hand is headquartered over in St. Paul, and their Imation division has broken off from the parent company, and has been doing vast amounts of research on storage devices. my guess would be 3M and Imation over Seagate. but i could totally be wrong.
that RH 6.2 automatically installs the sblive driver w/o configuring? i didn't even know, i booted up, and saw (loading sound module (emu10k1). works marvelous, not sure what build they based it on, but if its not broke don't fix it. i have ot say, RH 6.2 was a marvelous install, especially over 6.1's mishandled graphical installer. bash RH all you will, but 6.2 is a very nice release, and will be on my machine for quite sometime. as for xf86-4 not making it, 3.3.6 lets me use 32 bit w/ my TNT2, but 4 only lets me use 24, so i'll stick w/ it for now. kudos to RH on a very very nice release/me gears up to d/l beos 5 and suse 6.4 in the next few hours:)
get 3.3.6 it fixes the artifacts problem w/ the SiS 530's, we use em at work, cleared me right up:) of course once all of 4.0 is out i'll give it a shot
suse already announced that 7.1 will included 2.4, should be out in a week or so

if you're serious and not being sarcastic, you need serious medical attention ASAP.
