If the computer can read the bits, it can write it somewhere else.
Holograms checking can be passed easily
If it's exists, computer can write it somewhere else and make an ISO later.
But the question asked is : WHY THE HELL SOMEONE WOULD LIKE TO COPY and INSTALL Windows VISTA?! why would anyone want to downgrade?:S
Binary data had passed in the RJ45 cable connected to that computer, I think the defendant should pass this cable immediately since there might be still data inside of the cable.
The real problems today are using ActiveX in Internet Explorer.
Believe it or not, most malware, spyware, viruses spread to the user via Internet Explorer ActiveX.
Although users are prompted to click yes or no, the default user will click yes anyway, and that's even a bigger problem.
He had sent patches for over a week of GNOME, which needed to be patched. That proved his idea.
What does he plan now? just an E-Mail? what about something creative like last time?
I think it's quite fashionable to sue YouTube, that's why everyone (Like Uri Geller) is suing them! but I don't think anyone should be sued over posting a video, since in the same situation if this movie was interesting enough people would have shared it at P2P or FTP or even XDCC rooms.
The one who should be sued is the one who published the movie for the first time, i.e if you published a video at some channel at the television, don't blame anyone if it gets to YouTube! if the video is private and wasn't published yet, then it's fair to sue for it.
Just some point's I've thought of
Can we actually change something in the universe's future? I mean, if we were on earth or not, would it have any impact on the universe's future? or we're just an ant in at a very big forest?
If we can change something in the Macro level of the universe's acts, can we change the universe so it will fit our needs for a long term (billions of years)?

Chances of Microsoft using other's patents are much bigger then linux infringements Microsoft's patents.
In-fact, if Microsoft really had a points in-which Linux kernel infringements Microsoft's patents, they would have show the exact spots in which the code were using Microsoft's patents.
but, Microsoft's code is closed, and more then probably they are using IBM's or any other standard OS thinking patents and that will be disclosured in the near - future in which Microsoft will have to pay explanations to Linux community and everybody else in the computing area.
Who had lost from all this story? Novell which declared the coward and the Linux community ashamed of doing business with.
MS uses marketing to their OS, what nearly doesn't exists in open sources OS based.
If we all grew up on Linux, like we all grew up on Windows, actually Windows would have looked like not user friendly with missing features.
It sometimes seems that Microsoft doesn't protect their OS to be hard to crack because they actually want the people who won't pay (pirated copies) to actually use their OS, why? because the exact people will use MS OS in their office/business where they have to pay for copies.
That's why MS are making relations with each country's education office to put MS software (with near to 10$ per office/windows) in each's country school's computer, TO MAKE PEOPLE USE WINDOWS AND TO NOT KNOW ANY OTHER OS so it will look harder to use Linux and these students will only get familiar with Windows.

30 GB in average for 1 disc of hd-dvd or blu-ray, so why would I want a 18,000$ drive ?
I guess a package of 50 Discs will cost 50 $ at the beginning and 30*50 = 1500 GB, so I guess I will be waiting for HD-DVD / Blu-Ray rw drives to become cheaper and I will use that kind of solution for my storage of which I'm not having, and getting well with my/home 80GB Partition as it is today.
Code ways, and algorithms shouldn't be able to be patented on.
If you patent code, you make other people, who will think of this trivial (as a developer) ideas and wouldn't be able to use them cause it violates some patents. THIS WILL MAKE COMPUTING STOP and not to develop further.
You don't have a cult of something you need to pay 100$ for every software they make.
Also, you don't have a cult for something which isn't better then others.
Also, You don't have a cult for a company which isn't for the open source community which is by far the people's interest.
Take all of the above, and think why Google has a cult, and you'll see all of the above are the opposite answers when we're comparing Microsoft and Google
Texting while driving is more dangerous then talking while driving in the cellular.
I really believe that since while texting you have to check your input while you can see and talk at the same time while talking in the cellular and that's why texting is much more harmful in my honest opinion.
It's very nice from Google or any other company to do so. But I think the solution is to teach people to surf smarter! I.e When they think they want to download a movie, there's no way to download.exe file! it's just plain stupidity. People need to read the messages they pop before they click yes on every message like : By Clicking yes 1Click-weather-adware-traybar will be installed.
One day people will learn to surf smarter, meanwhile, we will help them becoming smarter.
No wine for Dell users is actually a good Open-Source move so people wouldn't think they moved to Linux just as a replacement.
I have a dream! I have a dream, that one day, Linux users will be more then 50% of the people who use computers
I have a dream that people will not use Linux as a user-friendly OS, but actually use it's command-line, and learn how to use it to improve their performance.
I have a dream, that every new Windows user that had moved to Linux, would not connect to X as ROOT, and actually use the multi-user management like Linux was designed (unix-based).
I have many dreams though, with your help, it's possible. I know I do try to get more people to install Linux and use it correctly.
Spread the dreams!
I've got a demo of this product named etoken by Aladdin, it gives you the ability to take with you your passwords on a usb token which you'll have to remember its password only, and it will contain passwords for many sites/applications.
I used it few years ago.. actually it was nice, the token itself is encrypted (3 years ago it was encrypted with 128 bit key).. here's a link for those of you who actually needs this kind of solution (I actually don't think it worth the money, for me atleast) : EToken - Aladdin
He had a T.V Reality show here in the last season, and some of his tricks had been revealed including magnets he had pulled off his head and got caught. He's nothing more than magician. Uri Geller is a joke on youtube it should give you a proof or so just search there : Uri Geller.
Mr Jobs. You and Apple wants to get bigger, to address yourself to bigger audience, that's why were going to different areas such as mobile,or iPods. But why don't you make your changes global? We, in Israel, got a company named "Yeda" which is the importer of the Apple merchandise to Israel, and they support your products (or so they should be). Their support is lame, their prices are not even possible price so we will even think of getting a mac (mac's popularity in Israel got less then 0.1 %). And still, not because we don't want to buy (it's just 2 expensive via "Yeda" which takes your price in the U.S and double it / triple it), what would you buy 1000$ P.C or 1000$ Mac which will cost you 3000$?
Also, their support is just bad, I don't know what they've offered you to import your products, but it's clear that they are doing much more damage than profit.
Think about it,
Improve the service in some countries (like Israel), and you'll get much more bigger audience.
My recommendation is : BUY NVIDIA if you're a linux user like I am.
Their support is just so much better and the seems to actually care for their linux users.
As ATI user you'll have to invest hours in configuring your/etc/X11/xorg.conf files to fit your ATI card, and in the end it wouldn't work the way you expected. With NVIDIA card, these stuff are just much easier (including configuring your TV OUT or any other stuff).
If you're a Windows user, buy whatever you think of, if you're Linux user, do yourself a favour, buy NVIDIA.
I don't know, it's really hard for me to think about this new era which all my stuff will be onlined-desktop service which means that we'll no longer need OS as it's today or so, and we'll be able to host all our files on Google/Microsoft/Red Hat(?) or any other company.
It really disturbs me since I don't like to trust them with my hard made configuration as I like, or any other hours I've spent with configuring my computer/files which will be saved on the remote hosting-desktoping service, will be deleted with a failure (one of many reasons such as a worm, virus, system failure,...) that the remote company will have. We'll predict that we'll no longer need OS as it is today, you'll have your kernel and probably X with only browser or remote service so you will be able to connect to online remote desktop, and man, oh man, if the service is down... that disturbs me the most.
Yeah O know, backups, etc, but don't you feel the same? Can you really trust someone else to hold your data (not out of privacy but out of uptime).
