Stop blaming the video games for the ills of the world when it comes to violence.
There is a saying: we cannot control what is around us, but we can always control ourselves.
So, in that respect, parents need to instill their child with knowledge and responsibility and most of all, a sense of accountability.
Parents should know what their child are doing and why.
And they should be the one deciding their games.
Video games are already rated for their target audience just like movies.
But many parents want to be 'cool' to their kids and in the process will let inappropriate material for the sake of keeping the peace in the household.
Wise up parents, you aren't your children's friend, you are their guardians, protectors and you are the one with your actions and your teaching that shapes the future of your kids.
The least you could do is take it seriously.

The best parents are the ones who actually observe their kids and truly get to know their child.
There is a baseline of good and bad, and then as a parent, there are the teaching of our parents before us.
But parenting is about preparing your child for the future, so, like anything else, it means that you must be able to weed out the good and bad from your childhood in terms of parenting and you must apply what is best for your child as you get to learn your child's strength and weaknesses, personality, etc.
Few people actually take the time to do that and be serious about the task of parenting.
Most take the lazy road. "If it was good enough for me, it's good enough for my kid(s)", not realizing that, your kid(s) are not you. They are their own people.
That will be one of the things I can see this do, to litterally repair any parts, might even be used for plastic surgery as a way to rebuilding a new face

Now, if this proposal becomes law somehow, we will have to deal with a new can of worm such as, for example; a kid makes his school project (report, research, etc.) based on news and he used from one or more of these sites which are allegedly for 18 yrs or older, then, a possible lawsuit could come out of this.
Advancement in technology certainly does NOT reflect advancement in common sense.
In the end, if the aluminium can be recycled completely to make new batteries, then, this has potential. Depends now on cost, safety, ease of maintenance and most of all performance. You can do 1000 miles.. at what average speed?
Nobody should be asked to self-incriminate themselves. More importantly, your social life should have no bearings with your professional life. but to be honest, so many idiots do their Facebook and other social stuff at work, morons. Still, this is anti-constitutional.
Isn't nuclear energy, but rather budgets. If I'm in the business of creating safes and other concealment areas in a house or whatever else for that matter, I don't think it's my job to interview my clients to know what they will put in them and it's also not my job to ask what they do for a living. I'm only concerned about whether I can get paid for my services. Bottom line, this is a travesty of justice. Abuse in its worse form. If I was filthy rich, I would actually fork out the cash to get this dude out of prison by hiring the best private investigators and the best lawyers and basically clear his name.

I like how Netflix delivered "House of Cards" in one shot. That's how TV shows should be. No more Neilsen ratings crap. There are SO many great shows that were axed because of prime-time competition. I hope this model will work and become the norm for TV entertainment and kill those NBC/CBS/ABC/ and other networks.
