Still, organizations that shy away from Windows Server because of the sheer number of licenses they would have to buy on limited funding (think: schools) will now be more open to it.
Apple headed that one off at the pass with Boot Camp. If MS wants to offer a Windows license to Mac purchasers for an OEM-level price, they can do that. Well, they could try selling ordinary ordinary licenses, but who would buy them at that price?
Why do I have a feeling that the Zune cannot play iTune's AAC? Should we accuse file suit against them too? Oh, right. Zune is not the dominate music player.
Yes. Mainly I had encountered issues with upgrading. Novell's OOo was two versions behind the vanilla release (as was Firefox and Battle for Wesnoth), requiring me to install manually (which left a mess in the menus), and Battle for Wesnoth wouldn't update at all (dependency hell). It was all very confusing back then. I probably would find it easier now, but I am not confident that they keep their versions up-to-date.
I switched from XP to openSuSE in March, and decided it was too hard to work with, to the point that I pined for Window's familiarity. Temporarily lacking an XP CD, I downloaded Ubuntu as a stopgap. And decided I didn't need that XP CD after all.

Somehow I doubt the pharmaceutical industry would be very open with the results.

Your supposed to use the '/sarcasm' tag. We won't revoke your geek cred this time, but let this be a warning.
Be more cautious around cliffs. Or in one of my dreams, the curb. That was odd.
If everything is going to be open source, why exactly does this project need funding? Are the developers going to be working on this full-time?
...asking why you failed to eliminate piltdownman84 yet again.
What kind of game will this be?
MMORPG?
RTS?
Turn-based? (like Civilization)
FPS?
Sooo... You will make silly resolution for just about any other arbitrary reason?
Let's hope you meet them.
One more thing: forums kept mentioning the terminal, and I didn't have a clue what they meant by that.

Sure you will.

They said the rovers would only last a few months, too. We all see how badly they botched that timeline up.
No. We just like to click the pretty links.
I would hope that the nanobots would be under one's direct control. So if you decide that you want a new appendage, you can set them to it.
Hundreds of millions of people dying isn't a bad thing. As long as they die of old age.
