Mine has cell signal. I plug my phone into my FM transmitter, set the station, fire up Pandora and I'm good to go. It works fairly well as long as I have at least 4 bars on EDGE, and I haven't been to too many places where I get less than that.

The individual sentences are coherent enough. It's just when you put them all together that the English language goes to hell. Part A: They started a program to get kids to read. Part B: People opened weird stores selling Robot Turds and Ye Olde Fashioned Internal Combustion Engines. What Part A has to do with Part B, I don't know. I get the feeling RTFAing won't make the answer much clearer either.

Most airports I'm aware of don't have jet bridge systems that can be pulled up to a front and rear exit at the same time. They have to use hand stairs or trucks to do that. And with security procedures the way it is, they would have to hire security staff to stand on every ramp and watch every passenger that came off and went into the building to ensure no one ran off where they shouldn't. As of now, that would be a nightmare for airline staff and so only small flights using aircraft small enough that they can't use a jet bridge are done this way most of the time.
