I'm in the Seattle area and about a week ago there were 2 guys late at night with AK47s at the Seattle Community College and it was live on the news with cops everywhere with assault rifles and SWAT teams and the news people kept saying that the gunmen had AK47s.
Now this person who lives in the Seattle area sees someone walking down the street with a military looking weapon and says AK47. It's just a case of an ignorant person jumping into action calling the cops and repeating something they heard on the news. Wasn't very smart of the Bungie guy to carry that down the street though, it does look like a military weapon.

this happened near where I live and the community has been fighting about these towers for years because the locals don't want them. It could very easily be an angry local who knew ELF would happily take the blame.
You have to read the fine print on the form you sign VERY CAREFULLY. Signing the slip at the computer shop I work at says that you are giving us the computer, it becomes the property of the shop, then when you pick it up and pay for it you are buying the whole computer back.
The funny part is I don't think I've ever seen a person actually read the agreement until they come back to months later to find there computer has been sold because they broke the agreement.
Of course not. Most of the Palestinians are people going about there daily lives and pose no threat to Israel, but when militants attack for no good reason They Forfeit there right to live.
I don't care much about the Ethics of war, If some one tries to kill me/my people then I think I have the right to destroy them any way I see fit. No the problem I see with this is that Robots are controlled by computers and computers can be hacked. Also you can bet that the military would end up spending half a billion for each robot.
My thoughts exactly. I saw a show On tv detailing the stranger/shadier parts of the "religion". Like how the followers have to pay huge amounts of money to advance up the ranks of the religion, and how the celebrities have a huge fancy campus that no one is allowed to see inside of. I think that it's just a bunch of famous rich people tricking people out of there money and hiding behind the tax exempt status of a fake religion. And that giant celebrity campus is just a giant day spa/rec center.
As of 2pm Pacific time they reached there "while supplies last" limit.
I tried to get myself a copy after I realized that although I don't much like them snooping, I don't do or have anything on my computer that needs to be kept under lock and key. That being said I signed up, filled out there survey, and installed there spyware only to realize that there was no longer any free vista. basically M$oft did a bait and switch, allowing reputable sites to post links and get there members a few copies before they turned off the incentive and racked in the free guinea pigs.
I have sent them an E-mail stating my displeasure with there tactics and the complete failure to notify anyone that the incentive was over. I have demanded that they ether give me my free copy of vista or delete all data collected from me and my computer. Hopefully there corporate pansyness will shine through and I'll get a copy.
Actually no freedom of speech does not apply to game servers because they are the equivalent of private property, I'm a member of the gaming clan and we have a ZERO tolerance policy on racial terms and most profanity. if you use it your warned, the next time your kicked, and if you comeback and do it again your banned. we ban a lot of people but we gain even more because we run a clean server.

I think they should put subtitles in braille books so I can read them.
