    Why should anyone waste their time asking Google to remove the photos, when they can stop Google from taking the photos in the first place?

    Because you can't stop people from driving on a public street and taking pictures.

    In many communities it is actually Google that is breaking local law by engaging in unlawful surveillance.

    Nope. No surveillance. Not in any one area or at any group of people. Once again there is no law against me driving down a public street and taking a picture.

    I wonder how long I would stay out of court (or jail, for that matter) if I would photograph random private residences and post the photos online, accompanied by location details.

    My guess is until someone makes a law against it.

    Republicans now are "big government" but that is not what they are supposed to be. Also. The writer of that comment made it really clear to me that he hasn't comparing Democrats and Republicans but more specifically Democrats and Libertarians. He could have used either Democrat or republican in that sentence and the meaning would have been the same.

    Pick 10 or 15 standard tasks. Do those tasks over and over till the battery dies.

    Tell us how many repetitions the system can do with the battery.

    First. I do not smoke cigarettes.

    Second. In a small confined space I can see that smoking should be curtailed. Really though. A lot of place have laws now that you cant smoke outside. This is not about where someones rights end. This is truly about those who believe they are smarter than everyone else deciding what they think others should and should not be able to do.

    Third. Sir you show your true extreme left wing colors when you think that escalating from smoking in a bus to shooting someone is anywhere near the ability to even be mentioned.

    I'm familiar with all the boring Quality differences...it's due to ear training. You consistently hear your reference material (other well recorded and or well written songs on an iPod or some other device) in the mp3 format, and so you end up getting used to the mp3 format.
