    If you check the fonts menu on your browser, you will see three(!) types of cyrrilic encoding KOI-8 (old standard), ISO and, guess what - Windows -
    yes, Microsoft just had to come up with its own encoding for cyrrilic, inflicting a mess on all Russian language sites - you have to switch between all this encoding etc.
    Microsoft should be outlawed in the world. Leave US to deal with it.

    There was some discussion in Russia, that they should use cyrrilic letters in domain names.
    I wonder if they have done it.

    Bullshit. Time constants for pottassium/sodium gates are in the order of microseconds and that not changing.

    If you right the equation for nerve impulse propagation - it has a weak dependence on radius.
    Mammalian nerves act faster in the mielinated (Sp? I studied that in russian) portion, but you still will be limited by the sinapse (sp?) delay...

    Run KDE installation script. IT will
    put a bunch of stuff into /opt/kde.
    Remap it if you want, or make a symlink.
    Them as a user run /opt/kde/bin/usekde
    That's it. 10 minutes. Enjoy.
    It's all in documentation, and you do not have
    to be worried about dozen circular dependent packages as in gnome.

    Not a big deal. If it is the same font in a single column, any character recognition program bundled with your scanner is almost 100% correct.

    80 000 lines of code ~ 1000 pages, full week of scanning... Ouups.. :(

    Maybe, I am wrong and it is a big deal...

    .. should be revived.
    I think that if some big company, say Corel, or even bigger, like IBM, decide to write Qt based applications, it can be cheaper for them to hire people to finish Harmony, and use it for development, instead of paying to TrollTech.
    I wish it happens soon. (Not because I do not like free software, but because I want Qt to compile my code for Windows, QPL for Qt for Windows would be fine for me)

    ... I have not found where it says what is the official language of the license. It says about the choice of urisdiction, but not about the language.
    ... What if I make a not so accurate translation of it into Russian - open to interpretation - and use it instead?
