How large are the farms, did CB not work out? Have you tried radios that aren't consumer branded, but require permits? I've seen the latter work very well in mountainous areas over quite a distance.

They don't give us the actual score, that varies by bureau and costs extra, just the report. It's meant to find inaccurate information. We also do get free reports (you have to request it) when credit is denied because of one of those bureaus.
Spiceworks is what I use and I'm pretty impressed by it. It does *some* software license management and machine auditing, but it's really great at tracking your assets with NICs. It's more manual, but I track other assets with it too. I haven't used it's ticketing system at all...
You have a good point... I've been waiting for iKeePass for years and how many fart apps has Apple approved before reviewing resubmissions of an actually decent product?
The problem is when I install an alternative browser to a non tech savvy's person's computer with it as the default and then automatic IE8 upgrade changes that setting, they may not notice. I am sad to admit that I know (older) people that honestly can't tell me what browser they are currently using and don't notice that suddenly the UI has changed.

How is the identifying information different from the sensitive information? If I was to look at a database table, they'd be the exact same fields.

Stopping development on products that have been made obsolete by competing products is just good business.
