This isn't foolproof. I meditate and can relax myself to the point of machines that detect breathing patterns will say I am asleep but I am wide awake and totally aware of my surroundings. It is a nice step in the right direction though!
I just love how game makers always blame everybody else for bad sales rather than the fact they screwed the pooch on this game! I bought mine new and traded it in week later because it's horrible. I'm a huge Fable fan and loved the first 2, but they took a winning franchise and ruined it.
I work for a local movie rental store, and we buy our movies from the local retailer and put them up for rent. All the movie studios are going to succeed in doing is hurting the large corporations they can monitor which is fine by me. The more corporations battle each other, the better the local businessman can succeed without getting stomped by a mega corp.
I have been using a trackball since my first Logitech one back in 1994. Once I tried it, I was hooked. I have been telling people about them for years, but they keep telling me I can't get the response time of a mouse. And no jerky hand movements means my keyboard doesn't get splashed with soda as I spin real quick to frag somebody. Glad to see people finally realizing the joys of a trackball.
Apparently their non informational ploy worked as their seems to be several articles about it. The user responses seem to be quite a large amount as well. They couldn't have asked for better advertising.
A similar situation happened at a local business selling furniture. They refused cash, and would accept payment by only credit card, debit, or check. They stated their reason for doing this was to avoid making themselves a potential target for thieves. I don't know if each state is different, but in Idaho, any business that refuses legal US Tender, is in danger of losing their license. Maybe universities and such are exempt from this, but a business must accept cash or be in danger of losing their license.
