Well it's not illegal to be homeless, just illegal to look poor and stay in one place for a length of time (vagrancy). So you are not allowed to occupy "public" space.

putting legislation online at least five days before it's voted on. That's Congress' (Pelosi and Reid) responsibility, not the President's. I'm pretty sure that should be: putting legislation online at least five days before the president signs it.

I used to see people record radio on tapes all the time. And its true that it was a song here or there. Of course the radio stations seem to play the same 10 songs all day, so I could see where the internet would provide a greater amount of content to copy. Of course you really don't need to copy a song from the radio that is played countless times through out the day.

I also remember purchasing a need for speed game for my pc. My pc handled the game well except for the fact that my video card did not support headlights. Racing in the dark with no headlights was a futile experience. The funny thing was they were promoting nvidia cards to play the game and the card I had was a Nvidia card.

  16. Carnie System on Why Xbox Live Doesn't Take Exact Change · · Score: 4, Insightful

I believe the reason they do this is the same reason when you go to a carnival you have to buy tickets for a ride. So you never really know how much things cost. After all if it was just about making bulk payments easier then the price of things would match those bulk costs. Basically you'll always end up with change and figure you might as well buy so more so you can get rid of your leftover. All in all I hate the system.
