A story a couple of months back about US Cyber War said they were no good at it and would lose. I'm hoping my brain implant is from aliens instead of the States or that's probably not true. It's very sophisticated
Look for these things around 2015 or so if this is a field-test. If it's aliens, I think we're gonna have 2012
There was a benevolent entity with a million IQ piloting Earth-sized ships around the sun as recently as two days ago, see this paranoid forum for more
I came in there a bunch of times just to remind them we should try to trade, not beg, and that these things haven't given any indication of intending to do harm, since the trolls there said all kinds of dark and creepy shit. Maybe these are just amputated from current SOHO photos but I think they've gone away til the 2012 uplift because we're still warlike and crazy:3
Now Obama says Space is Good and SETI is excited about the sun, WTF I say
actually i bring a lot more of myself to the table during these experiences than i did during early forays. i can still get the canonical blinding ego death and union with all on most tryptamines if i try, but i can also be very much my whole self, though dazzled, in some completely next spaces and modes
just untrue. these drugs don't obfuscate, they enlarge. they are not an escape from reality: they are a burgeoning of it. they usher you into the greater mystery. they aren't assaulting your grip on reality, they're assaulting your notion that you had a grip on reality
if the animals in spore were using artistic sensibilities evolved on the savannah to make their own building and vehicle designs that would really have been something
The screen in critterdrug is pretty engaging for the first half hour or so while it fills up then it starts to look the same til they really figure it out
You can tamper the frequency and severity of mutations and with a large population test many at once and really see more advancement and arms races and stuff that way, even multiple species, but you need a fast PC
The critterdrug page has some critters for that on it, but here are a couple of related types for vanilla Critterding, for those who are on Windows or prefer their electronic life clean and free
This isn't even true. Those animals are as smart as fish and drug-adjusted and developing an artistic sensibility as we speak. Peer review would show that this program comes from ten years from now
The psychedelics can also widen your taste in things, particularly kinds of art, and cause deeper appreciation of stuff you would have disliked or ignored
The bright red tablets are excitatory agonists and the closest thing to our psychedelics also our stimulants, like a combination of Ritalin and LSD
Which clinically, on Earth, has proven good at least for psychotherapy

Hi
The Conservative Party in Canada implemented ACTA, the Canadian DMCA, and is led up by Stephen Harper who is a transparent CIA plant
What? Oh please. I don't accept that toy could have any physiological effects whatsoever in person much less encoded in a tiny FLV. How about looking away, shutting your eyes, or just ignoring the stupid thing? Or have I been trolled by the article itself
I thought the squid was replaced by kind of an awkward conceit. It was weird to see a totally different ending after recognizing so much material from the book in there. I would have rather they filmed the squid one
Genetic algo's are a great thing to do at home. I've been tinkering with Avida for the last few days, trying to get these programs to grow instead of shrink. Maybe they will gain some kind of structures then.
Any of which are fun if you get them going. The joy in these things is sort of in tuning them. But I think a lot lately about GA's on GA's to adjust the parameters within certain windows. A lot of these models aren't open-ended enough to demonstrate intelligence. But you never know. Check out Polyworld, Achilles, and Critterding, too, if you're in Linux

Always a fast PC

Just FYI, good luck
WTF. Leave the moon alone. Why are you so worried about the moon?

You could, this is how they discovered placebos. Some army nurse gave a guy a water shot and he quit complaining right away
The forgotten expansion pack by Sierra for Diablo 1 also added the Monk class. Which was OK

You're lucky it wasn't hijacked and bricked
Is this the end of [link to small station removed]?!

Gentoo is the greatest Linux distribution. Are they using it in Vietnam. What about Yellow Dog
Hi.
Does it really take 2 gigs of disk space to empower someone to write Java?
Thanks.
