The Voltage is not the problem, it is the Ampere Hours(AH). It can be achieved but there is a hidden problem of replacing the batteries after their Charge/Discharge cycle makes them ready for replacement. Say in about 3-4 Years, Facebook will die because of their Servers crashing out, one by one, if Battery condition is not monitored? Google may help, i definitely can.

I totally agree to this.
700 Mhz will have lot of Noise, Less bandwidth and of course the Speeds achieved will be just OK for mobile handset streaming, but Laptops/Community Wi-Fi on 700 Mhz will be a dream only.
The reason for choosing 2.4/or above spectrum is to overcome the above stated problems.

I would suggest that DO-NOT "Remember Passwords" and Login ids in any Browser where Sensitive Information will be sent ultimately.
