You can use a heads up display to overlay the lidar data on the windshield. You would just have to track the position of the head of the driver. There really isn't much need in cars but a similar system is used in fighter jets so the technology is there. Let me guess, next you will say that because humans can't see x-rays that computers are superior at diagnosing medical x-ray scans? Nope not today they are not. The best approach is to use the computer to flag diagnosis by a human and that's far easier than self driving cars. We have speedometers, and back up cameras and such for a reason, humans can easily use this sensor data. Giving the computer the sensor data and not humans when you are trying to say the brain is the important part is completely disingenuous. If it's a test of who is better at data processing today distracted untrained humans still beat state of the art computers in the general case. Careful right turn only routes, without much traffic or inclement weather don't count.

Further there is little money to be made on antibiotics but billions keeping the incurably sick alive, if only for awhile so there is a massive negative pressure to using antibiotics responsibly.

For example the way companies try to keep people on dialysis instead of cheaper and more effective treatments is a criminal act and has undoubtedly caused many many needless deaths (see John Oliver). But, it's not really the doctors just wanting to make money. Management has these doctors on extremely tight schedules, keeps detailed records of all activity, and pressures them constantly to turn out more procedures and more expensive proceedures per day in a way that would make any sales staff manager proud. The goal of unbridled profit is not anywhere near maximizing patient care, that's why Americans pay over double any other country for healthcare, yet the outcomes are far worse putting the USA 31st in the world among all countries for life span, 5 spots below Slovenia. If we cut out the waste by disbanding all health insurance companies, price capped it to be just over what any other country paid, we could give all Americans free healthcare, free college for all, and still spend a trillion dollars less per year than we do on so called "health care" alone.

If only someone at the time had put this together and stated it publically. What dosent add up here is the sensors mentioned in the white paper are all very low power. You dont cook peoples thinking jelly with a half watt transmitter or two throughout a building, though they do have the potential to be as annoying as old fluorescent lights. To mess up people you would need extremely high power sensors running all the time, something I find extremely hard to believe "was accidental with 2 or more parties not knowing" when a 50 cent sensor would clearly tell you something is broadcasting extreme amounts of energy.

The government has been misplacing a trillion dollars per year for 20 years. It's now sitting upwards of 21 thousand billion, or as I like to say 1/50th of a quadrillion dollars At this point any tax paying citizen should have zero respect for how tax money is spent and demand reform.
