As much as I'm anti-Apple, I don't know. Since every device is dependent on SEP to exist, while the design patents are focused on brand awareness, uniqueness and finish and directly influences brand image and marketability, which is more valuable? Car analogy? Fine: Apple Cars makes cars with standard hybrid engine (SEP, license paid by manufacturer, covered at purchase) with a glass roof, self-cleaning finish and ultra safe glass. Since except the design and facilities nothing differs that drives the demand on Apple Cars, now Samsung creates a car just like Apple's (very easily, because the idea is the difficult part here). Who's the bigger thief?

Precisely, why was a war needed to boost the stock of oil companies?

Their problem was the petrodollar. When Saddam and Khadaffi wanted to trade oil in Euro instead of declining, debt-ridden dollar (puke), they signed their death warrants. That was because the otherwise worthless currency reaquires backing in a scarce resource of high demand. Now Khamenei (yes, Ahmadinejad is just a figurehead with no real influence) wants to develop Iran's own oil market, so guess what has already been happening (Iran wants WMDs, yeah sure).

Where does it say the database was a part of the Taliban government? The Taliban condemned the attacks, by the way, so the alleged 9/11 "attacks" was an action of individuals. Official government involvement = 0.

I suppose Iraq would be next in that case too!

The invasion of Afghanistan was greatly provoked - - 9/11 - perhaps you've heard of it? Afghanistan hosted Al Qaida even to the point of integrating it into the government. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia had nothing to do with 9/'11 as a government. So, you don't have this right.

Seriously? Financing "the database" is "nothing"? The alleged hijackers being mostly Saudi is nothing? Recognizing the Taliban as legitimate government is nothing to do with it? You need to find another dealer.
