My iptables-triggered scripts added the infected PCs to the squid ACL whose members' every web request was redirected to information page that explained what happened and what to do. Well, some idiots claimed that I infected their machines on purpose to cut them from the internet. You just can't fix the users, no matter how hard you try. The only solution I see is a mandatory license to use the electronics akin to drivers license. Believe it or not, the idiot user is not only a nuisance but a danger to others.
