I will admit, the burbling sound was pretty nice. But it was backed up by a 1.2 8v 4-pot, which is less nice. Plus everyone would have thought I was a chav.

Say my car's silencer falls off. I can't really drive it any more, but it doesn't stop me getting in a colleague's car to get to and from the office.
It's yet another example of this site's anti-MS bias. True, it's at least partly deserved, but that doesn't mean everything that MS does has to be torn apart as yet another failure.
Us knowledgable lot only use IE once, to download Firefox/Opera/Safari/. It's the 'mindless sheep' that think Microsoft = Computer and IE = Internet that are in the mind of the EU.
All MS will do is put a link on the desktop saying 'Get Internet Explorer', and 10 minutes later, the user will have 'dur internetz' and that will be that.
Don't all Google ad-blocks have 'ads by Google' on them? And I do believe all YouTube videos viewed off-site have the YouTube watermark. Plus, Google Maps mashups tend to have 'Google Maps' in the bottom right corner.
Won't indie bands do what they do now: use MyBook or FaceTube or YouSpace? GH:WT's editor is similar to SSBB's Level Editor and Trackmania's Track Editor: a simple, easy to use tools, with a low entry barrier, to get people interested in music writing/level design/track design. Once you hit the limits of the tools, you move up a level abnd get new, more powerful tools.

Just give the Yugo to Jeremy Clarkson, along with the keys to a tank.

Nice :)
I never said I wanted more realistic games. In fact, some of my favourite games are very far removed from reality.
The last thing the videogames industry needs to every game festooned with ads for products the gamers would never buy in the first place.
I always thought geeks loved to play with arcane tech, making this an ideal story.
So you approve of monopolies unfairly leveraging their position to force their way into a market, killing the competition in the process?
Hmm... something went missing from my post... there should have been an <insert favourite browser here< in there.

Since Ubuntu don't make Firefox, I doubt it.
I don't recall that option. Anyway, isn't it just a list of hashchecks? No personal info?

Should have mentioned: Kaspersky's on my work PC, and AVG on my home PC.
Kaspersky is so brilliant, it locks up every time I try to do anything with it.
Then again, my AVG hasn't updated properly all week...
to fixing the hole? It's like fixing a car coolant leak by pouring more water in the radiator.
Yes, as Sony will soon update their firmware to allow community developed apps to be sold... Wait, I'm thinking of Microsoft.
The latest PSP firmware has direct access to the PlayStation Store.
If the GH:WT instruments are as good quality as the GHIII Les Pauls, then they'll be fairly good, apart from a few early teething troubles.

Originals. Lots and lots of awful songs written and performed by GH players. Free up some space on your HD, you don't want to miss out on tat :P
There, fixed that for you ;)
I wouldn't put it past him. After all, who can resist the allure of the big red button?
Actually, it won't start up again till March next year I believe, so we've got more than 90 days.
Note: I don't actually think the LHC will end the world. George W. Bush is more likely to do so.
