    It doesn't matter.

    The registrar is the one who revoked the domains, so it's the registrar's decision on how or even if that decision can be appealed.

    Only if they actually give a crap what spamhaus has to say later would spamhaus's word even matter.

    It's called the law of "My box, my rules. Don't like it, take a hike"

    The TOS might not be fair but it reflects that someone other than you owns the wires and boxes, and that you are beholden to them in all things so long as you wish to do business with them.

    Businesses are not obligated to be fair to you unless the government says so.

    Report it as a HIPAA violation and stay anonymous (5th amendment implications for you downloading it yourself), and watch them get burned.

    If the regulators don't even care, then give up.

    The system may be broken, but it sure as hell doesn't belong to you.

    More like congressman is declaring FTC not to be above the law.

    Google earned its keep fair and square and the FTC is probably in bed with Apple and Microsoft.

    There are PLENTY worse players to go after and attacking google is blatantly selective, and the FTC knows it.

    They are designed to make everyone guilty, that way the elite get to pick who to prosecute.

    Everyone's a criminal, but only those that piss off the elite get punished.

    So the elite are already prepared to use violence to trample our rights, they've proven by the 99 percent protest that they are willing to do so.
