    not in Holland. Holland is the combination of North-Holland and South-Holland, both provincies of the Netherlands. The Netherlands is the country as a whole. The Kingdom of the Netherland is the Netherlands plus the Netherland Antilles and Aruba. Zeeland(Sealand) is a provincy seperate from Holland.

    If you are connected with BT please try some of these suggestions and see if it is possible to locate the IP addresses of Phorm. It is important that we stop this menace(or at least do what we can) before it spreads to other ISPs.

    Then you are stuck with one option:

    iptables and known Phorm ips. DROP all packets originating from known Phorm addresses. This is ofcourse a pretty much faulty way of approaching it since they can quite easily switch IP-adressess and you will be stuck with outdated adressess on your list.

    My thow at it:

    any known ip-ranges for phorm and how does blocking phorm impact users(BT or otherwise).

    And I suppose you are still using DOS 6.22 instead of a more modern operating system? COBOL is a programming language and not an operating system so the comparison is rather flawed.

    The industry has no choice since they cannot force MS to supply XP. What if MS doesn't? Will they switch to *ux? That's rich. I know companies that still use IE6 but still using that if there is no support is suicide security-wise.

    Companies resist change, but luddites always will remain and most people will eventually jump to the better tech.

    XP will be retired wheter you like it or not.

    XP will be fased out and I don't see companies using the abandoned version that we call Vista(it's the truth!). Unless they want to get an illegal version or stick to their old licenses if they still have it. XP is old and MS is trying to obsolete it and since they have the monopoly on spreading Windows, companies will have no choice.

    We WILL switch to Windows 7 or you will be forced to choose a different OS like Mac OS or a GNU/Linux flavour(or a dying *BSD ;) )

    No and no.

    Wikipedia is ruled by the admins since they have the final say in everything and Slashdot is ruled by CmdrTaco(who is himself a subject to his not so democratic overlords). Saying that they are products of democracy is only valid if you see democracy as "people can do some things(which are allowed by their overlords)".

    Are there any taped matches with English commentary? I remember watching a starcraft 2 game(demo) a few months ago and the commentator's energetic way of reporting on the game made me curious about it.

    The premisse is that a/0 equals infinity. That leads to 2/0=3/0 and that leads to the conclusion that 2=3 which is absurd. That's proof that you cannot divide by zero.

    Actually, that isn't neccesairy. Landing at an inconsistency with assumed premisses and a correct system, disproves the premisses. The second you land at 2=3 is the second that you know that dividing by zero is nonsense.

    3/0=inf.
    2/0=3/0
    Multiply by zero:

    2=3

    If you can divide by zero, numbers make no sense. That's amazing you say, has somebody ever tried to divide by zero and did bad things happen as a result?

    Yes, do you remember the banking crisis of 2008, that's when 1 tiny bank accidentally divided by zero. Through the internet this ofcourse rapidly spread and soon numbers made no sense. Because they made no sense, the virtual money indicator flipped to negative. That's why your house has lost 50% of its value.
