    Disagree. A parent can't always hover over their children- heck, a parent shouldn't.

    It is your responsibility to parent your child, nobody else's. If your lack of supervision allows your child to subject him or her to danger, then it is you who should pay the price. I'd say a year in jail for you if they see a teat, two if they see a pussy, three if they see a dick, and ten if they see a pussy with a dick in it. The important thing here is it is you who, through your lack of supervision, that allowed them to view such aberrations and it is you who, through your lack of supervision, allowed such aberration to happen.

    Hospitals are under severe pressure to decrease the cost of providing effective healthcare. Keeping parasites such as pharmaceutical companies profitable really does exact a cost on society.

    The old saying is your rights end where my nose begins. Nobody has ever suggested that any heterosexual be forced to marry a homosexual. If you oppose homosexual marriage don't marry a homosexual. It is a simple as that.

    It makes sense that they would cheat to enable them to continue to do so, even if their first win was on the up and up. Public expectations is a horrible force, and the price of them losing is much worse than the price of cheating.

    Others who, like you, are okay with "acceptable ads" absolutely should be able to view them. My point is that people who download AdBlock Plus do so to block ads, so blocking all ads is the obvious default.

    Don't know, I've never used Twitter either. My cookie list shows nothing from either Facebook or Twitter. Guess my blocking has been pretty successful.

    And you should have the ability to express that view by clicking on a "show me acceptable ads" button. The problem with AdBlock Plus is that it defaults to that button being clicked for you. People use AdBlock Plus to block ads, believe it or not. It should be up to individuals to determine if an ad is acceptable or not.

    So you want a law that forces Google to provide services to you without any recompense? If the web is broken for you without Google then you obviously have a use for their services. Start a grass roots campaign to replace the services that Google provides. This is entirely different from the Facebook issue. Facebook tracks people who have no need or use for Facebook.

    Maintaining a whitelist is quite tedious. The idea behind AdBlock Plus is fine, it is their defaulting to purposely allowing "acceptable" to them ads through that is not.

    It is their website after all. Facebook tracks people who don't visit their site. Big difference here. We could use a law such as this French one here in the "land of the free".

    You do realize that adblock plus has sold out to the ad industry, right? It's default behavior is not to block all ads. You have to take action not to see those they deem "acceptable". There are better options.

    Yes a very, very few do. And it would be wonderful if anyone could take from the commons and profit by adding value to what nature has provided. Unfortunately the one percent have laid claim to anything that should be available to be had for free. Such is life!

    All you need to know to be a cashier is that $1 minus 73 cents means the customer gets 27 cents in change. All knowing anything above that increases the risk of management being hauled in for tax fraud.

    You are probably right, South Korea would have to be sacrificed in any attempt to neutralize North Korea. That would really be a shame as I've met quite a few nice South Koreans. Never have met a North Korean though, so I guess there might exist a nice North Korean too. Really wish their leaders would open up so everyone could meet up with their nice people too.

    Try to see it from NK's point of view.

    I have as much trouble seeing things form NK's point of view as do seeing things from the former Nazi Germany's point of view. Just like Saudi Arabia, they stand against anyone who doesn't submit to "Der Leader's" doctrines. Tell me, just what chances of survival does anyone whose belief's contradict those of "Der Leader"? My understanding is that you can't even be a citizen of Saudi Arabia if you aren't a Muslim. Correct me if I'm wrong though.
