  1. working together on GPS vs. Galileo; Where Are They Headed? · · Score: 1

It would be nice if the US DOD would work with the EU to allow them on the same freqs as GPS. I probably go out and get an combine reciver that would not only work on both systems, but work with both systems at once, aka if it get 2 gps and 2 of the EU ones it could still calculate the infomation.

one aside is I would like to get the reciver in the Magellan 3xx seraries form factor.

The reason he did not go, was he was informed that if he would go he surly would have been killed on the way. In fact the "holy roman emperor" had ordered him killed on his way home from the diet, he was abducted by agents of King Fredric the wise and hidden away for to protect his life.

Luther was there, it is called the Diet of Worms, that told him to recant, he told them unless he was shown by scripture or plain reason it was not safe to recant. They could not show him where he was "in error"

And the the pope being the anti-christ "he sets himself up in the temple of God, and says blaspmis things" seams to fit the office of the pope.

Well I would have to say I think what the [confessional*] Lutherian church teaches fits what I see people to be. aka the total depravity of man, when I look around I don't see that humans are good, when I look inside myself I see evil, though I don't want to be. I look and see a just God, no way I could ever appease him by my works.

I have had 3 people tell me to get off the road, 2 people tell me they were giong to knock my block of for taking up room on the road, and nearly got hit 3 times, when people ran a red light. Ah home sweet home pittsburgh.

But it is still a great city out side of that, see the pics I took while biking around

    But to your question
Is there anywhere in the world with a transportation system designed to make use of bicycles? (Bike paths, special lanes, showers at work, etc?)
one of my pastors was telling me, where he grow up (sweeden) they have the car road, next to that they have the bike road, and then the ped road. so yes there are some places that are very friendly to bikers. I just wish the US was.

but hay, I live in the city, I can walk or bike where I need to go. even though I only got my bike about 3 weeks ago, I still have not driven much in the last 3 months, the last time I filled my gas tank in my car was 3 months ago, and I still have 1/2 a tank left.
