That's down to economics or politics (possibly taxpayers effectively subsidizing power companies). From an energy standpoint (requirement for sequestration aside) that would be stupid, like running a gas engine next to a wind-powered atmospheric cleaner instead of just using wind power.
Probably better to trap it underground, just in case it's needed later. You never know. Could be useful for geo-engineering our way out of an ice age at some point.
We wouldn't give a stupid Apple fanboy wankfest a pass if these phones were running iOS, we shouldn't give this a pass because these phones run Android. Quite disappointed to see this on Slashdot.
And that the women had lunch with him the next day and didn't press charges until the two of them met, and apparently decided after swapping stories that what had actually happened was rape.
At best this is two women abusing Sweden's legal system to get back at a cheating boyfriend.
The autmotive tech that makes it to consumer cars is mostly useless. If you're driving a '70s car and you're not an inattentive soccer mom, you're not missing anything other than EFI (downside: roadside fixes become much harder) and maybe ABS. The rest of the tech is a hindrance.
And what do race cars have? Data logging and EFI. Driver aids, when present, generally stay switched off. Cars like the GTR are rich douche toys ripe to be stomped by a more serious car like a Noble M600.
Wasn't that "57 states" thing from shortly after his election? Hasn't he made any mistakes since? Gimme some fresh material dammit, the reruns are killing me.
Wow even the execs aren't sure if they want to vote for the guy who's going to make it rain for them at the expense of the middle and lower classes? Ouch for Romney.
You're totally right dude! Don't have kids and there will be less selfish idiots who value their personal liberty to not receive a vaccine over the importance of a clear-cut public health issue. Thanks so much!
(maybe not cars in the 70s and 80s though, those sucked)
WAAAAT?
IMO the best looking cars were built from the early 70s to the early 90s. The 80s was the golden age of good-looking Japanese sports cars. But I think an AW11 MR2 is a really good-looking car.
And some Japanese scientists already took that name :-P
I don't think you understand the point of carbon sequestration. Putting less CO2 into the biosphere is not the same thing as taking it out.

YEAH NOT SURE 2012!!
I would agree if intelligence and opinions on vaccination were 100% genetically determined, but they're not.

Actually I think this one's called "part of a comedy routine."

Maybe this time cyberpunk fashion will come around and we'll have the look to match the world. Good, I could do with some more functional clothes.
You can click a link on the page to see the logos, but no images load on the page itself.
What a kind and noble goal, what the world really needs is more cheap and widely available weapons!
No, even their gays are boring and uncreative:

The definition of "futuristic" has changed, to childish ultra-simplicity.
LMAO more proof of how prophetic Idiocracy was! XD
More than both of us combined :-(
Well imagine the irony if the new logo was created with a competitor's image manipulation tool? They eat their own dogfood, gotta give 'em that.
If it makes you feel any better I temp-allowed their site and it still didn't work.
My local telecom came out with new branding with pastel colors and sharp squarish logos right before it was sold off.
Hahaha quite funny to imagine them having that logo. I can just see a younger Steve Ballmer playing air guitar with a long wig on XD
