Now and up to Date by Power on Software comes from the Act! mac port. When Act dropped it, Power on picked it up and it now runs on OS X. I've used it for a while now, and was able to import some stuff from an Act! user.
I was always uneasy about Jackson's ruling and posture. To me, Microsoft's crimes were arrogance, mediocrity and greed, the hallmarks of our corporatized culture -- none of them, alas, illegal in our business world.
