1. Always piss before you sleep, and never drink a lot right before bed. You might wake up to piss. 2. Eat something with dairy (milk, yogurt.) It has some chemical that helps your body sleep. 3. Drink lots of water during the day (about half a gallon) so you don't wake up from dehydration. 4. Make sure the room is completely dark. Cover up windows and eletronic lights. A good test is hold your hand in front of you before you sleep. If you see it, the room's too bright. 5. Take a hot shower/bath. 6. Set the room temperature to cold (around 72-78C.) 7. Exercise to get rid of excess energy. 8. Set lights to dim a few hours before you sleep. 9. Read on your bed before you sleep. 10. Make the room completely silent. Put your computer to sleep, or use ear plugs. 11. Stop drinking coffee or anything with lots of fat, caffeine, salt, or sugar. 12. Stop napping. This messes up your sleep cycle. 13. Sleep at regular times and for 7-8 hours- no more, no less.
The first one introduces the characters. The second puts them in a bad place. The third one gets them out of it. that's a trilogy, not a good film with two poor sequels.
It could be trilogy AND a good film with two poor sequels. Doesn't have to be one or the other.
AMD MUST update it's website and make it more attractive and start a vigorious [not boring] advertising campaign on TV and magazines that will cripple Intel. Also please rename the K62+/K63+ to something more cutting edge. That's just boring. Duron is boring also. You should have kept with Spitfire because people don't find find the same appeal in proccessors as in batteries.
AMD is NOT taking advantage of it's situation. If you have an awesome technology like the Athalon, I say go all out and stop half-hearted marketing. Bad AMD bad! It's also time to meet demand by building a few more chip factories.

Luke's father is CHEWBACCA!? OOH!
The Comic Book guy says that from the Simpsons ("Worst Epsiode Ever.")

Take advantage now or be eliminated later...
