I'd prefer to be a cyber cleric. Or perhaps a cyber thief/rogue. My DPS against servers is pretty low, but I have a great AoE script that gives everybody else +1 against *NIX type mobs.

Forgive my ignorance of British law, but doesn't the UK adhere to Jus Soli?
If so, what about the radicalized Muslim youths that are natural born citizens of the UK? Deporting immigrants is one thing, even if they are legal immigrants, but when you start banishing your own citizens you embark upon a slippery slope that can lead to very bad things.
Not to mention that virtually every "scripted" support dept. will file your ticket in the "pile of perpetual ignorance" if the problem isn't easy to reproduce. Its an easy out for a lazy service dept. "Well, we couldn't reproduce the problem, so you must be a liar. Thanks for calling!"
You jest, but I'd say that among the general populace, Woz is now more famous for having dated Kathy Griffin and being a contestant on "Dancing..." than for inventing the personal computer. Part of it is his easygoing demeanor, he doesn't grab attention like Jobs does, and never got quite as rich as Gates did. The other part is of course that the general populace are mouth breathing troglodytes who don't even understand how their computers work, much less that there are highly intelligent people who invented them.
Ranting aside, this should have been addressed by Toyota whether it was Woz, or Jim-Bob from West Virginia reporting it.
Chrome is open source in the same way that OS X is open source.
Sure they're both based on a open source project (Chromium/Webkit and Darwin/BSD) does not mean they are truly open source. Try to modify and redistribute either and see how long before either of their "parents" get all lawyer-ey.
Remember kids, free doesn't always mean open source, and open source doesn't always mean free.
The Times may have more actual reporters on staff than most newspapers, but still a good 60-70% of their stories are recycled Reuters/AP/wire services dreck. I really think that the AP model which saved the Papers millions when they were the only game in town, will be what kills them now that they're not.
Expect to see a lot of this in the coming years. The money from these franchises is just too sweet a pie. As long as the current studios vomit out a new film every few years they keep the property out of the Mouse's hands.
I was somewhat interested in the direction that Rami was going in for #4. I'd heard talk of The Vulture played by perhaps John Malkovitch, and the Movie appearance of Black Cat. Might have been good. However the writing was on the wall with #3, the studio had too much of a say in the process and the end result suffered. Rami is a talented guy and I'm sure one of his upcoming projects is going to be a hit. The future of the Spiderman franchise is not so certain.
So, you have 22 (21 other players, 1 ref) friends, a regulation field, 2 goals, and a well lit facility to play it in?
I know I'm being pedantic, but there is something to be said for playing any "simulation" video game. I can go play football with my handfull of friends on a corner of a park with trash cans for goal posts, but sometimes I like to play a video game that lets me step into the shoes of a favorite team, or player.
There are a lot of people who really like to play sports in video games, and it sucks for them that in the case of NFL and FIFA there is only one publisher. Its like (but not exactly so) if SquareEnix were the only publisher of RPGs.
I'd say that your beef is with RIM, not T-mobile. Rim makes the hardware that keeps breaking, T-Mobile is the one eating $400-600 every time your phone breaks. Now T-mobile's service may suck (I wouldn't know, I am with AT&T, who's service DOES suck) but the issue at hand you mentioned was Hardware failures, which really aren't your carrier's fault.
Same here. My wife and I both have Blackberrys (Blackberries?) and we use the Blackbery messenger service almost exclusively. Its realtime, so no lag like SMS, and it gets things done faster then a voice call would.
That being said, I'd much rather have an Android phone. A Blackberry is a great communication tool, but as an entertainment device, it blows.
Even better in my opinion is the "Magnoliafan edit"
Some of my favorite things it corrects:
* Trade federation blockade is over slavery, not taxes
* Pretty much all the non-humans speak "alienese"
* The Battle droids are much more no-nonsense (i.e. no "roger roger" BS).
* Jar Jar is a butthole to everybody
* Anakin is kept to a bare minimum, every bit of nonessential dialog of his is cut.
There's a lot of other stuff that was improved too, but its been a year or two since I've seen it so those are the most memorable examples. I highly recommend downloading it. You can find it as a torrent pretty easily.
I perfer "TCP/IP Shaman"

Well thank Ford that someone has the insight to explain it all.
BRB, soma.

Sounds like a Kennedy talking about their iPod.
"Er ah, I, eh want an iPad! I want to watch, er ah, Dora the Explora!"
Almost $850 for what amounts to a Hi-res iPhone without voice service? Pass.
If you don't eat your meat, You can't have any pudding!
Its full name is actually "Sir Reginald Hornswaggler Q Excitement III, Archduke of the upper lower territories and really cool guy."

Just like how there was just the one Matrix movie.

But does it work with a stylus? If it's the same tech behind the iPhone (i.e. fingers only) then I know its not going to meet the need I have.

The Jeopardy! winner?
Dr. Peter Venkman: This city is headed for a disaster of biblical proportions.
Mayor: What do you mean, "biblical"?
Dr Ray Stantz: What he means is Old Testament, Mr. Mayor, real wrath of God type stuff.
Dr. Peter Venkman: Exactly.
Dr Ray Stantz: Fire and brimstone coming down from the skies! Rivers and seas boiling!
Dr. Egon Spengler: Forty years of darkness! Earthquakes, volcanoes...
Winston Zeddemore: The dead rising from the grave!
Dr. Peter Venkman: Human sacrifice, dogs and cats
living together... mass hysteria!
