    ah ok... i agree its hard and time consuming to separate the female fish from the male fish but then DO have a special net becoming regulation that separates the juveniles from the mature fish and well the shell fish industry already has size regs but i agree more care needs to be taken with the seas

    patents ARNT socialism they only last for 14 years then after that they are in the public domain socialism is complete control IE copyrights and with they way they work in the US they last about 100 years gaining complete control takes time it took 3 different bills under 3 different congresses to gain that much control Obama might break the record though he already controls education the auto industry and health care just need media and we are screwed well they are pushing for " supposed " net neutrality and Obama appointed 6 MPAA/RIAA lawyers to the FCC

    umm the point was particles in the air carbon by nature in black REFLECTS light not trap it it just shows the earth will cool NOT warm up the earth has mechanisms to scrub the atmosphere we just need to find out how much the earth scrubs per year and then reduce carbon to 2% below what the earth scrubs
