Maybe they'll let Google archive it over on Groups. Or do they do that sort of thing? You'd think they would - more useful searches at Google.com as a benefit.
But what about Skitch (now owned by Evernote)? It's a screenshot utility. They are now available in the app store, I believe. The program is free, and allows easy screenshots with annotation and scribbling - and a great drag-and-drop to other programs feature.
My guess is just the fact that the CD you're booting off of to do it must be signed, and so you'd have to do the signing under windows before burning a disc. Kind of involved.
Unfair comparison - laptop parts crammed into a tiny case will last as long as a laptop. This isn't Apple's fault. The point is, anything with adequate cooling and bigger desktop parts will last a long time except for manufacturing defects on components. This is what the warranty is good for anyway.
Wow, that's an incredibly interesting fact. The only ethical way of doing such a study is to grab a large sample of people who are not known to have a peanut allergy. Then, when people in each group have a reaction, it's not your fault.
Slavery? No. It earns them the food, clothing, and shelter they get as part of their arrangement. If anybody shouldn't be receiving the welfare of the state, it's people who have already tried to cheat their way to a living or worse.
Oh, sure. And books are just really big base-127 numbers represented by letters, numbers, and spaces. It's just a number, you can't copyright a number. That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard.
If you're typing the whole name, you're doing it wrong. Ironically, even though it's a default feature of OS X/Windows now, I prefer Launcy on Windows and Quicksilver on Mac for this.
The older ones, I assume. Once the brain ages beyond a certain point, it is much harder to adapt to a new computing paradigm. Much of the time, it's claimed that the newer OSes are just somehow inferior, and mostly because they're different.
You say that like it's a bad thing. 98/XP/7 were all "good enough" for the entire time of their popularity. XP could go on for a lifetime if it weren't for needing new hardware support (mostly not being 64-bit). I love Windows 7, but the only people I'm encouraging to upgrade to it are the ones on Vista.
HDMI is a fairly smart suggestion, but only the very latest version of HDMI does it all - you need Ethernet (for file transfer), audio/video is already built-in, and instead of the Apple control protocol you have CEC. But Apple won't be the one doing it, until the docks are already ubiquitous. So someone needs to come up with a better media player first.

GP didn't understand it either. Unless he meant to say: You just send an email to a server follow someone or unfollow.
More likely, he meant ^W, and still forgot one ^W: You just send follow someone or unfollow.

That was implied by saying "each group." I'm too lazy to expand my text beyond that.

Frustrated by their child's autism, the young couple turned to becoming geeks. Tragic, really.

And by having your personal webring, you (plural) increase the pagerank of that site, and Google works as designed.
Or just google "collegename wiki" (no quotes) and the city/state is usually in the summary text of the first result. Yeah, I'm lazy.

Can't wait to hear the response to this (signed).
Agreed. "Just work" in the mind of a power user is making it "just work" the way they like after configuration.
Universal remotes are worse than most TV remotes. Took me forever to find one I liked and that could be easily understood by guests.

Of course, if Red hat were to die, CentOS suddenly has to do all the work.
A lot of them say they won't charge, and charge anyway - although a lot slower. The iPad can take 2A at once, and PC USB ports are limited to .5A
Just 4 more years
Which is a bit ironic, since they're owned by Coinstar

Some iPads say that, even while charging off the unsupported charger. A lot of that is more to do with low amperage chargers.
Now THAT would be a hilarious costume. Nobody would quite know for sure if you were trick-or-treating, or protesting.
