By this, I assume you mean the COST of the console and the standard game price. The Wii is going to be $99 on black friday at Wal-Mart. How much is the PS3? How much disposable income does the average senior citizen have?
I have to buy a 3DS to play the 3DS-only version of Sonic Generations, and the new game Super Mario Land 3DS. I'm just waiting until the 3DS is bundled with the latter, which certainly won't be until after it's released (Sunday).
I still have to edit Opera's config so that Ctrl-N gives me a new tab and not a new window and it's been like that for about 5 versions now
Why are you wanting that? CTRL+N has meant new document or new window for ages. All web browsers have standardized on CTRL+T for new tab. Can you really not just remember the letter T?
Most of the reason for that is that these users literally have to *learn* to use a program. The software is simply not intuitive, and so you have to learn/memorize the steps and buttons to click. If the software was intuitive (a lot of iOS springs to mind), the user can just pick it up and use it like a 3 year old can. Microsoft is trying so hard to make their stuff intuitive, but mostly failed with the ribbon.
A presidential veto can be overridden with a 2/3 majority in both houses. Check the constitution. A 2/3 majority is nearly impossible, but there are reasons that he can't have absolute power over blocking laws.
On the other hand, if you have spare CPU cycles, you could take that output video and compress it to MP4, which VNC doesn't yet support. Still, far less efficient than sending the 3D commands over the wire for the device on the other end to render.
Somebody hacked one of Michael Kristopeit's accounts and used it to post a useful comment! The world is at an end.
The external sources are probably web pages. The web page can be javascript-free right up until the app is approved, so I don't see how this can prevent it.
So who pays the taxes for GPL software? My personal photo collection is public domain? Implicit copyright has a lot of value and I wouldn't give that up just to have cheaper music.
That's almost sensible, and it might even lead to some works being let out of copyright. However, that also means that if I write a short story and never publish it, then it essentially has no value - if someone finds it, there's no copyright to enforce if they steal it and sell it as their own.
Are you sure you don't mean GORILLAS.BAS included with late DOS releases and early Windows? It run under QBasic. They throw explosive bananas.

Seems like a good argument for running services like SSH on a different IP from everything else.
Well, for web servers, you can run one webserver on port 80 that proxies to other web servers on different virtual hosts (at least in Apache).
So that we have an "Internet."

While that does sound smart, the likely result would be more like Clippy with the features of an online ad network attached to it.

What exactly are you using to browse the web with?
Monty Python music? Surely this would be funnier with Benny Hill music and increased frame rates.
The web site that grew so large as to become self-aware, and then get an acting gig on NBC's community.
Had this happen during a 3-way phone call. They forgot they were still on the phone, had the phone in the pocket...

But they aren't absolute.
Would you say the same if you saw a naked ugly couple going at it right at the front entrance to your favorite store?
yeah, just kill checks and balances entirely. The president can just veto the party line and only allow things through that he likes.
So...it's not a photo after all.
Relative amount by land mass? I don't know where that came from.

Well - if he failed to keep up with his standard crap, then it would be MichaelKristopeit = stagnated.

That may just be a result of other search engines being more popular among non-geeks that are also easier to game.
