    That does not lower rents and cost of living. They need to raise wages, and company owners are being scum for trying like hell to keep wages low.

    Sorry but someone making $40K a year does not deserve to live near the crack houses. Rent should NEVER exceed 25% of take home, yet in the usa it regularly is near the 50% mark because wages have been far too low for far too long.

    My Nexus 3 and Nexus 4 had FM and my friends Nexus 6 has FM after he cyangenmodded it.

  6. I have. every single NEXUS phone has a working FM chip, just install the app if you dont have it. Dont buy crap phones from a crap company (AT&T/Verizon/Sprint/etc) and you get a far better phone with all the features.

    Also the One Plus Phones all have working FM. Again, stop buying garbage phones from Samsung and HTC where they hate the user and cater to the carriers.

    HDFM (Hybrid Digital FM, not what they want you to think it is) Is not getting any decent traction anywhere. The radios stations hate spending money so they usually dont upgrade the modulator to get the HDFM signal, and almost NO radios support receiving HDFM..

    Broadcasthas been dying for years, I have not listened to FM for 10 years now, I grabbed Sirius and haven't looked back. And contrary to the poor people that whine about Sat radio and how nobody uses it... Last report was over 28,000,000 subscribers with an average of two receivers (I personally have 4). Comcast has fewer customers.

    Nope I really don't give a flying shit about Netflix HD. I have more movies on my NAS than Netflix has available for streaming.

    Also, mine works MASSIVELY BETTER than netflix as I can instant rewind and I can watch movies when the internet is down due to rainstorms and heavy weather.

    Unless things have changed Drastically since I went to college, the BULK of college students are poor. Buying things from amazon are not high on their priority list. When you are robbed blind by the college for overpriced tuition, overpriced housing, and obscenemy overpriced textbooks... you dont have money for things from Amazon.com

    The problem was the Flight that had the information was delayed to the point that it missed it's connecting flight so It's stuck somewhere wandering around the Denver Airport.

    United has the WORST scheduling ever. they always try and schedule flights way too close together to ensure that any delays will result in missed flights.

  12. If they dont cheap out and half ass it like they already do with their whole restaurant chain. I have yet ot be in ANY wendys resturant that is clean or in good repair. So I am guessing that a complex automated system is pretty much out of reach of the wendys' management as they refuse to pay for upkeep of their current stores.

    Sorry, but fuck the part of the city where crime is the highest and you risk the lives of others to provide service. Pizza places that refuse to deliver to the poor parts are smart. You don't have your employees killed over a pizza and $40, It's the smartest thing to do.

    not hard at all to snag from streaming. the problem is all the streaming is low grade dog food quality audio. It's the other way they are making sure you cant even exploit the analog hole. Give everyone lossy crap audio that sounds good on their bluetooth headphones and not anywhere else.

    Works just fine with some firewall rules on the core router in the office.
