I was wondering who they hired. All the newspapers are scrambling as if his internet "thingy" sprung up overnight to do this. all the media groups are doing this right now in a desperate attempt to stay relevant.

Sadly it's too late. A lot of people getting their news online already found the news sources that get the scoop on the traditional news outlets hours and even days before. I get a kick watching a news item hit the net and then slowly spread across all the sites during the day. Or hearing fro a Co-worker that X just happened! and I reply, no it happened this morning, and I read about it while I was ditching the boss for the 8am meeting.

Hope you milk them for all you can Taco! Because you just joined a sinking ship as the head bucket manager of the bailing team.

I have a SCCA Competition License A NASA racing license, I hold a USA and German drivers license, and have taken several hundred hours in driving courses for defensive and offensive driving. I have logged over 65 hours driving above 142 mph. This is with traffic going the same speed and slower.

So yes, all of you DO suck. Except those of you that also have had real driving experience and training. And from observations on my daily commute, the general population does not suck, they barely can understand the operation of the vehicle they are in. You have to actually know how to drive a car to suck at it.

"TNG was shot on 35mm film which has higher resolution than a 4k TV 5380 x 3620."

That is a bad assumption. 35mm film that is 80-100 ISO and shot with a good camera and good lens? Yes, it has close to that resolution in theory. In reality it does not.

It depends on the film quality stock, the generation of the copy, the ISO of the film used, some lower budget films and TV shows did NOT pay for the metric buttload of lighting, so they bought 400 or even 800 speed film to handle lower light conditions. The resolution or "grain" on those films are significantly worse.

So you need to quantify your statement. What brand of film, quality and chemistry is the TNG film stock? as that is what it's resolution is not what someone guesses in theory is possible.

This tactic stopped the calls, today I do this on my exit interview. I charge a per hour rate unless the company is willing to give me continued free stuff if they expect free stuff.
