I don't thin kit translated too well because your talking about robots coming up to the door of your house versus electonics messages comming into an email inbox. Large differences there. A better analogy might be to compare sending you junk mail via snail mail vs. sending you junk mail via email. Even then there are differences that make any analogy poor.
Analogies are bad because they don't translate well. But to answer within your system, I'd place my own robot at the entrance to my property to screen your robots from even reaching my attention. Sure, one or two might get in, but no more then the average pesk that bothers me at my door right now.
Which is why a Windows PC is probably better for them. Because, once they purchase their computer, they are going to expect that they are going to be able to purchase any Software/Hardware they see advertised. As most of that Software/Hardware is for Windows, I'd argue they would be better off with Windows.
You don't have to take what you find as the holy bible. For 5 min time, it can just help be an extra window into who the person is. Plus, you don't knwo what you'll find till you look. So, it might be well worth the time, even if you don't find anything of use.
Sounds interesting. I'll say you've peaked my interest in wanting to play more then it was before. Saddly, I can't play for a whileow. A shame, the beging is always the best time to start imo.
Does someone else joining in, like throwing you a heal, take away from the EXP, or anything else, that you would have gotten if they did not throw you that heal or help kil lthe mob?
" Open groups are very well done. In both cases you just walk up and your "part" of something. No need for invites. No more "we don't need a tank, we need a healer" rejections"
Can you explain this in more detail?

One of the problems with choices, is that people don't make them. Does not matter if you have 5 or 5 million, pepople will find the most powerful ones and then choose them.
Seems the add worked then. You will now think of warm and delicious churro's when you think about Windows. This will give you a slight since of euphoria when you see the Windows logo.
when asked about trusting everyone who has his phone number / email with a key, the answer was that it was no problem because whiel he did not trust everyone with access to his house, only those who he did trust actually knew where the hosue was located.
So, it seems that he does not even trust everyone that he is "friends" with in the "real world" outside of a social networking site.
Asbestos was intitally banned, but that was over turned and it is now allowed to be used in certain situations. So, some new buildings being built, are being built with Asbestos in them.
I'd agree that VtM has a nitch market, which if made with proper quality, would last for a long time. I also believe that a Buffy MMO will sell better initially then VtM, but will prove to not have nearly as loyal of a fan base as VtM for the long run. So, it is my belief that they are attempting to make as much as possible as fast as possible versus making possibly more profit over a longer term.
no one would be complaining
People always complain.
that aside, I agree.
No worries, Jesus died for his sins

You leave your "resource" open to be used. If you don't want random annoyomous poeple to be able to you them, then close off your "resources".

Yeah,
It is rather funny when they tell you, that for only $19.99 you can get a one year warranty on the merchandise you just purchased for $29.99.

I'm sure some/most of them have plans for unlimited for $5 a month. if not then Switch carriers.

I thought that slashdot was already using one
"Now, they can still kick you"
Ok, that was one thing I was wondering. Sounds interesting.

I prefer a career over a job

Using that same logic, then you would not have a problem giving your house key to the random people on a social network either.
How many people who's email or telephone number you have would you trust your house key too?
Mmm a Pony, Now, I'm hungry...
"but if they sent me the actual DVD in the mail and provided me this download immediately"
That is actually a godo idea. I could see people catchign onto this. You get to watch the movie asap, and you get a nice dvd for your collection.
