I can't wait for the big-screen dramatization: "Sporks in Space". Sound like a kid movie? Maybe not, although AFAIK, they can't use velcro, so we might have a chance up there.
But between when the show started and now, taking into account how old the Doctor is, he's barely aged at all.
I second that.
You make a good point, but there's actually a reason only Jedis *can* use them: the gyroscope required for stabilizing the beam makes the lightsaber impossible to handle for anyone without superhuman strength. Read that in the The Visual Dictionary of Star Wars, Episodes IV, V, & VI: The Ultimate Guide to Star Wars Characters and Creatures.
What's an essay like you doing at a depth like this?
Interesting -- at the time I posted this, most of the most emphatic congratulations were coming from outside the USA -- given past stories on Obama, I would have expected more support. Meh, maybe his demographic just hasn't woken up yet. While I'm at it, congrats from a Canadian :D
Does it run Linux? All cliches aside, what are the repercussions if this thing BSODs (or equivalent) during surgery?
There's a note from the principle that says the letter was modified, and the information floatin around on the net is untrue. http://www.bigspring.k12.pa.us/news.php?action=view_article&article_id=2131
