    It is weird how the publisher/(et al) always overcharges for everything, in all industries. Hell, for knives there are companies who charge twice as much for their clearance damaged goods (with no warranty) than resellers sell their pristine new with manufacturer's warranty. There are some industries where basically no one sells at the recommended price.

    Yes, of course it will not be encrypting "empty" sections of the hard drive. So who knows what it is leaving unencrypted. It also would not prevent any method that cracks encryption. Also, since we all know that recovering deleted files is trivial, it would be possible to get back the deleted encryption key.....

    This. No matter what you do this maintenance and downtime is hundreds of times more likely to go wrong than normal running times. What is the point of even employing IT if they are not around for this window.

    Well, yes and no. I do not think the intent of the treaty was to make all resource gathering outside of earth atmosphere illegal. The intent was to not allow nations to claim the land and in particular install military outposts. And depending on the wording it might actually be completely within the treaty. The US cannot sign over mineral rights to land they do not own, but a simple statement of intent that they will consider it yours if you take the out of this land that no one owns seems to be within the treaty.

    But that brings up a question. Does Sound Blaster's bottom line depends 99% on people who do not know what they are doing buying sounds cards just because? Or are 99% of their customers professionals/audiophiles, people with an actual use for their product?

    OK, but it does not matter how advanced your tools are programming is about ADVANCED algorithmic knowledge. to build programs worth having you NEED years and years and years of training and a vast store of knowledge. Yes, it is worth creating VB and similar language for amateurs to have a little fun with but Microsoft is never going to hire minimum wage people just out of highschool to program Windows 20 with some drag and drop shit programming language.

    That is not taking into consideration the cost of materials. Which will be incredibly high as these machines are not building iphones out of iron and oil they are putting CPUs into slots, and screwing together cases. They are probably replacing a $2 a device worker with a $1 a device machine.

    Why eve watch it. I watch movies all the time and still have substantial trouble figure out what genre to store it in. Just go to wikipedia or imdb where groups of people collaborate to figure out which genre to label it as.
