Simple, they're turning coal into oil products. South Africa also buys most of their coal from the US. How long do you think it would take to get a couple coal gasification plants?
Lucky you. I have an Indiana job and I didn't get health coverage till 3 months, I don't get IRA until 1 year, and I only got 4 days paid vacation year #1.
